I have rented from this location a couple of times. Each time the equipment was available and easily accessible when I showed up for pick-up.
ANDREW WTrailer was full of 18inches of snow, had to shovel it out, hitch frozen solid, I had to loosen it myself with vice grips, couldn't access the trailer since the lot hadn't been plowed, overall poor customer service

NORMAN RWendy was extremely helpful with my truck rental, ensuring the vehicle was at the preferred location (Jackson Motors) and she even looked after a cancellation when I mistakenly double-booked my rental. The truck was very clean, had low kms, and it worked perfectly for my move! Thank you again Wendy!! I highly recommend this U-Haul location.

Robert GAwful customer experience. Was not given any of the equipment i paid for (furniture covers, ropes, etc.) and was not given the truck i paid for
Daniel Si ordered 2 two wheeled trollies and they were not in the truck when we got to our location. we did not have a contract agreement in the glove box, so I actually do not have one at all. when checking out on line to return the truck there was no place to tell you that I swept the truck out to get the 25 off the rental. how do I go about getting that?
Patty PMy experience with the U-Haul reservation service underwhelmed. I mad a reservation through the U-Haul Kempville, which was well done. A couple of days later I was contracted by U-Haul corporate.telling me that the truck I rented was not available at that location. I was offered the same van at Smitgs Falls, which was fine. On the day of pickup I was notified that the van I was promised was not available, but that I could get a larger truck in Brockville. I agreed to this, but upon contacting the rental location, I found out that I had to drop the truck off in Kempvilke, which is about a 30 minute drive from Brockville. I'm not sure how the dispatcher thought I would from one location to the other. After a fair bit of run around, I was able to secure a larger truck in Brockville. Wendy, at the Brockville location, was awesome, and gzz as bd me the confidence that my truck would be available as agreed upon. After dealing with Wendy, everything went smoothly, but that was after a fair bit of run around. Mike

DAVID HNo one was there when I dropped off the truck. Made best effort to fill to same level as when I picked up. Charged additional $25 since it wasn't perfect.

THERESA GI was having difficulties with the app, but the very nice owner kindly helped me out and expedited the process. The truck was clean and in great repair. I'd strongly recommend this service.

MICHAEL MWendy was just absolutely perfect and made sure my move was as pain free as possible. The call centre folks on the other hand were the exact opposite. Absolutely recommend this location for all your moving needs and rest assure that the staff will make sure to rectify any problem you may encounter.

AUSTIN AUhaul charged us a $25 cleaning fee to fold the blankets we used. An oversight on our part. Seems a little steep in my opinion. The staff were very helpful at this location. I'll use this location again.

DILSHED AThe drop off location was Spencerville which was terrible. For 2 weeks Uhaul has been contacting me saying I did not return. I had to physically drive there and show the people who work there the trailer as they we're too lazy to look themselves
Keith WOriginally booked a 10' truck online from this location a week prior to the required pickup date. Everything was approved after booking. Got a call one day prior to pickup date saying it was not available. Need to pickup at an alternate location. How is this possible if the vehicle was booked a week in advance???

GERRY O1 no one came out to inspect the truck 2 woman at desk did not provide print out or offer gas credit as promised 3 two employees sitting around in small lobby.. were gruff and did not offer me a seat to wait which they were both occupying. 4 no one offered me a ride home

Dave MI was NOT informed of a mileage charge and was surprised to see it added to my bill at the end. I had said to the agent I would be going back and forth and therefore there would be more miles, but even then I was not informed. The initial price was excellent, but with the addition, and the cost of gas, it became an expensive venture.
