Very friendly and helpful.

Make the u haul sing bigger so people dont keep passing the location we passed it twice because the sing was passed the entrance.

Tires were flat could barely made it out of uhual parking lot ....which is why were late we stuck at least 6 times and had to refuel extra times and cut our time in half

There were no prior instructions on the mobile return provided so the Key was returned before the process began and I could not then complete the checkin.

Please make sure the people at the booking site are knowledgeable. Due to covid we had to cancel the move. We needed to return the trailer here, not there. We were told we had to bring it back to kemptville (45 minute drive -extra gas etc. ) abs could do drop off after hours. We arrived- gates locked, no drop off. Had to haul the trailer back to our home town and drop it off there! Very frustrated with Uhaul.

I have rented a number of trailers from this U-Haul dealer and I have never had a problem. The trailers are always clean and in good condition. The staff are friendly and very professional. You just don't see this level of service very often.

First off, I rented a trailer from a closer uhaul than this location but when I got there for my reservation at 10:15 the woman stated that all teh tires on the uhaul needed to be replaced and it wouldnrt be ready till 1pm. My movers were coming at 11:30 that day. So I switched to this location but the trailer was smaller than what I needed so I couldnt fit everything in it and one tire was flat (I noticed this once I got home)

Have them service there customer by helping with hook up ,and not stand in there wait room for 15 minutes while talking on phone with family or friends, and also honoring the price and trailer booked would of been nice, turned out running lights did not work on trailer ,so had to drop of at different location,

I would suggest uhaul look at providing trailer jacks to assist in lifting the tongue on the 6X12 trailers. It is very heavy and I had to buy a jack so I could connect and disconnect the trailer. The Jackson Motors folks were amazing and very helpful during the rental process.

Trailer had a placard that noted to clean trailer before return but this trailer had considerable debris in the nose. I was not charged but suggest that a pre-rental clean out be performed.

The location and the trailer were both great. The multitude of mistakes made by the booking agents over the phone ( not at the pickup location ) was enough that I will not use U Haul again.

The online checkin needs to include all necessary info, including an emergency contact. After checking in online, I had no idea what was to happen next. That needs to be outline somewhere.

Everything worked out great. We dropped the truck off at midnight and the check out instructions was easy to follow. Thanks guys.

I have rented moving trucks from this location twice and I have had a great experience both times. Very friendly, the reservations, pick up and drop off were easy and fast. Definitely reccomend

We picked up the uhaul on Canada day, so the store was closed. Nowhere in my account was any indication of where the keys would be left. We spent over 30 minutes on hold trying to obtain the code for the lockbox. It turned out the keys were under the seat, which we did not know until we finally spoke with an agent whose manager advised to check there. Other than that, everything was fine.
