It was a little irritating to try to book at a different location for a closer distance then having to travel farther for pickup/drop off and pay for the extra KMs when you didnt want to pick up/drop off there to begin with

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe trailer did not have a jack to lift to my hitch. Deplorable. Way to heavy.
richard kGas tank was leaking and could not be filled up. Wrong drop off location was applied. I was charged unexpected additional fees for a truck that was unsafe to drive.
CURTIS BPersonnel was not helpful because location was closed. I used the dropbox.
Jacques LI was not given an introduction to the truck I rented. It would have helped if a representative had pointed out various features and operations of the vehicle.
