I had unfortunate lock-out incident while I was reaching between the seats to retrieve some paperwork. The ignition switch and door locking switch seemed to have an issue. I had to call a locksmith to solve the issue. That being said, it could have been my bad not knowing how the security works on the van. That being said, I found the staff at Jackson Motors very helpful while my vehicle was being worked on. James C.
