Michael BThe staff at JAE Power were amazing. I had to call 1800 go for uhaul because I was having an issue finding the reservation for the app. Corey was very rude and at one point asked me if I wanted the conversation to continue but JAE Power was great
ron dThe vehicle was clean. It was hard to locate the key pickup location. It should be noted as "to the left of the building" and not "near the entrance". In addition, the vehicle has a problem with the tire monitoring system. Both front tires had 2/3 the required pressure. After adding the air, the error message about the monitoring system needing service and the low tire light was on constantly.

Peter SExcellent, courteous ad efficient service by Emily behind the counter. I walked in, with no appointment and was on my way in a new and clean Van within ten to fifteen minutes. Upon return about four hours later the gentleman (unfortunately didn't get his name) was just has efficient and courteous as Emily was. Overall a great first time experience. Without reservation I would recommend JAE Power to anyone requiring a need for a rental vehicle.

DONNA GThaw u haul website is a disaster, they do not remove old pick up locations and lets you book it , then a day before pick up you get a email confirmation but says pick up in different store.

DONNA GNothing, they were so accomodating, professional. Even though it was a Sunday, and they were closed, the owner came to check me in because of a change time in the prior rental. The van was clean and in great shape.

Robert MCalled and explained that I would be returning at 4:55 pm, five minutes before closing. Lady on phone said that would be fine. Arrived and saw male employee working in parking lot so I asked where I should park and leave the trailer, he shouted "Go inside." After processing my return I went back outside where I was told to unhitch the trailer. Seriously, the guy was standing right next to it and started arguing with me about who was going to unhitch it, what a dick. I will be renting from another location next time.

Joseph EWhile someone did call me to inform me of their location and how to get their, when I dropped off after hours, there was no key drop. My rental was a 24/7 share and I am supposed to be able to drop off after hours. I had to call U-Haul, which took over 30 min for them to instruct me on what to do with the key.
David MThe person working was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help and I think this is the cleanest uhaul I’ve ever rented!
