Michael B.The staff at JAE Power were amazing. I had to call 1800 go for uhaul because I was having an issue finding the reservation for the app. Corey was very rude and at one point asked me if I wanted the conversation to continue but JAE Power was great
ron D.The vehicle was clean. It was hard to locate the key pickup location. It should be noted as "to the left of the building" and not "near the entrance". In addition, the vehicle has a problem with the tire monitoring system. Both front tires had 2/3 the required pressure. After adding the air, the error message about the monitoring system needing service and the low tire light was on constantly.
