Daniel VanCleaveUsing the app took a LOT of time. This truck was hard to drive and lacked cruise control, which is needed for a long drive. This is the third uhaul we rented in less than a month but certainly the worst experience.

Joshua WheelerI was dropped off for my appointment at the agreed upon time but no one was there. When l called the 1-800 number l was told they were not opening until 3 hours later and l should get a ride- share back home. Then someone at the business next door said they would make some phone calls. About 45 minutes later the Uhaul operator showed up and took care of me very efficiently. The truck was fine. Your scheduling software needs to align with reality as opposed to fantasy.
Robert BakerSmall and UHaul seems to be a minor secondary part of this business but the staff was helpful. Even before opening hours, when the UHaul app couldn't find my location so I couldn't do the hands free pickup.

Douglas DrozMy wife showed up there first so she could take me home after I dropped off the Uhaul. She felt uneasy being there next to a gun shop and auto parts store with old looking cars. Also, some dude in a big white pickup truck showed up and asked if I had the key as I was doing the 24 hour checkout. Seemed weird(?). But he looked around and took the key somewhere on the property, then left. We thought he was going to take off with the key, but he didn't. I guess someone showing up and taking your key is standard protocol at this location. Whatever works.

Sebastian GomezI'm happy that the truck didn't break down! Maybe just warn people better on how much of an online process that truly was. I picked up the truck and dropped it off without personally speaking to a single person from uhual. However during my time participating in the load share program I did speak to someone with uhual. I feel this process could be troublesome for a lot of people. I handled everything well but im sure not everybody could have said the same thing. Overall have to say I will be using uhaul again in the future. Safe travels!
Joshua TurnerNot specific to this location but I booked a truck and supplies online for this location. I picked up my truck but they had no supplies even though they were paid for in advance and confirmed available. I had to go to another location down the road to get my supplies after picking up the truck, which was very inconvenient.

Your customer service is top notch every one we had talked to was very kind and understanding most importantly helpful so only complaint is the app

Brenda MacLeanUpside was that the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Downside was that the website was consistently having issues, making it almost impossible to fill out the online form to return the truck. On top of that, the after hours return process is extremely long and convoluted. After our experience today we are discouraged from using uhaul for future moves. I want to be clear that our dissatisfaction is with uhaul itself, not this particular location or any employees that work there.

Arshad JavedWhen using the mobile pickup and drop off, it would not work and had to call support both times. They had to force the mobile pickup and drop off to be force to move forward. This whole process had my movers waiting in the am and wasting money and time. Not only is it the summer Texas heat but they charged by the hour. It was hoping to speak with someone about this experience. Not happy and won't be a returning customer.

Bertha HernandezI dropped the truck off during business hours, but the door was locked with a hand written sign saying they were short stafged and to call a certain number - nobody answered when I tried that. I used the app for drop off and that went fine.
Joseph BartlingI had trouble with the drop off procedure via the app. It would have been helpful to have an easy review of the initial pictures to determine mileage and gasoline levels. I didn't realize the pictures wouldn't be stored on my phone for future reference, and wasn't able to quickly find them for reference. I thought I'd put enough fuel back in the truck but missed by a couple of gallons. Also, the "preferred" return location was out of my way and put me over the mileage limit. I didn't let that dent my review because I am admittedly green when it comes to renting uhaul. Overall, it was easy even for a newbie. Next time I'll know to take pics for my reference during returns, and to check mileage limits. If the return location happens to find my keys, I'll be even more impressed. (I'm not sure I left them in the truck, but I'm hopeful!)
