Too many people scheduled at the same time for a one-person shop. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my vehicle. I don't blame the shop since the scheduling was outside of their control.

I was charged $28 for “save moveâ€â€”a fee I hadn't agreed to, along with a misc $69 rental charge on top of my mileage and rental fee. No one mentioned this fee before or after I agreed upon the contract. Not cool.

The whole experience was a mess and the UHaul "store" at 1900 N Bell Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613 are cheats. We had a quote and were expecting to pay $137.....they bumped that up two $197 and were completely snarky about it.
