Everything went very smooth
WILLIAM RMy reservation was cancelled, unbeknownst to me. I spent almost 2 hours trying to figure things out. I had my reservation and payment. It was on a Sunday and no key was left. The truck was left dirty. I do have to say an employee happened to show up and tried his best to help us.
