During the reservation process there was no mention of NO parking availability at the U-Haul location. When I arrived at JT enterprises I noticed signage stating that your car will be towed for leaving in the lot. This included the time that you have scheduled for the U-Haul rental. That information needs to be mentioned during the reservation period to enable your customers to plan more effectively. They said the tank was 7/8 full during initial paperwork/contract. However the tank was not at that level when we got in it. We ended up eating the cost of fuel just to avoid talking to the staff again.

I ordered a dolly online, but this particular store didn't have it. That made me disappointed. And also, they close on Sunday, therefore I was charged extra $20 although I returned it within Saturday. This is not good.

Hard to find the location; internet was down, the guy had to do our order on his phone; we got a 10' truck but he charged us for a 15' truck. Truck was full of flour - we had to sweep out.... He never mentioned mileage limit!!!! We feel that should have been brought forward.

This is for the online experience…I had ordered a one way trip and when I picked up my truck they said no. Charging double for the mileage. The same store three weeks earlier, was capable of offering a one way. They said that wasn't in the order but I know I selected that in the order. The store, both times I've rented from them do not have the blankets I've ordered. The truck over revved when slowing down. It was if it downshifted two gears too low at the time I needed. And I lagged on uptake, even when empty. I drove it slow as well…maybe that particular truck should be decommissioned. That should be resolved. Unless I'm in a pinch, I wont be using U-haul again.

It is a scam that the trucks do not come with a full gas tank. If they come full and you must drop them off full, the customer doesn't lose money due to adding to much fuel to the tank.

I paid for the road assistance but it was very poor service; between the waiting time and the repair, it was a nightmare; I had to drive over 1000 miles without hazard lights or left turn signal because the guy never came back to replace the lightbulb; he ignored my phone calls and my messages and I just couldn't wait any longer. Believe me, next time I will look at the competition before using your company. Very disappointed with the service

Checking out to get the vehicle I had set up online could have been a easier if there was a different location to get you keys if you filled everything out online. Office was full of customers and you could not tell who was just waiting on keys or who was setting up a new rental. Everyone at JT Enterprises were very nice and helpful.

The location was an awful place. Even with our phones it was difficult to find. I would not want to go to that location alone. The man who helped us was very nice but the location is remote and not very inviting.

While closing using the app, i got charged an additional $20 or so for cleaning charge when the truck was perfectly clean . So I asked the attendant to process the transaction he said he took care of it, and now i see that my bill i higher than it should be http://uhaul.com/s/59BBA404B5 There is an unexplained "rental charge" of $39,9 I am ignoring the rental tax and environmental fee that are never mentioned in any previously , ignoring the rental tax

I was charged 50$ extra for 10 gallons for not bringing the vehicle exactly with same fuel tank I drove it 5 miles only. Also many other hidden charges. Returning the key after hours charged 30$ more. Why would you charge for that. I dropped the key and parked it safely. It is robbery nothing else

The only problem I had the brake and oil lights stayed on so I went back immediately and took pictures of the brake and oil light and when back to show the picture of the lights on and not going off. They informed me they were aware of it and not to worry about it

I dropped my truck off after hours. I loved the app and the after hours process, that was great but the location did not feel safe at night the key drop was not lit so it took a minute to find. I defeatedly think it could have been more inviting.

U-Haul lists this location as available for 24 hour pickup. It isn't. Was recently hours late for an appointment due to corporate/website inaccuracy.

We reserved a truck and was informed multiple times that they didn't have our truck and had to go to another location. We cancelled the reservation and made another. We made a reservation for a truck, two dollies, and two furniture dollies. They said they were in stock. When we got there, they did not have them. We drove to three other locations to find dollies to no avail. This caused us to have the truck for longer than anticipated. When I called about having it an extra two hours, they charged me for another day. This is unacceptable. We took longer because we didn't receive the dollies from you that we paid for. This is totally unacceptable.

They're not professional! We had a reservation online then he asked us to reapply again!! When we returned the truck he wants to charge us $180 he said we drove 68 miles!!!! The is crazy we just go from Arlington to Centreville and come back! Maximum 40 miles

Honor the online process of obtaining the vehicle without waiting 20 minutes onsite in a line. Be responsive to communication disputing your automatic billing of my credit card for gas charges.

Despite talking to the owner about the wrong Check out mileage, him acknowledging, saying he would correct it the automated system still does not correct the problem. At Check in highlighted the error again and disputed the erroneous mileage. Will need to redress with location. Will also file a complaint with my bank for fraudulent charges.

The location was not easy to locate. Their were no signs. It was at the end of a sketchy road behind the building. I had 12 packing pads that I had returned but weren't perfectly folded. The person said that if I didn't fold them better, I would be charged for them. The person that was checking me in was very rude. Also since I had to make a guess about the amount of gas to put in since it was approximately half full when I picked up, I ended up being a little under. I was charged for that. If I was a little over in the gas, would I get money back. I'm sure I wouldn't and I'm sure they won't fill it for the next customer. I will definitely not use them again.

They were late to open (supposed to open at 9:30, showed up around 10AM), and not very helpful overall. But I got my contract and all the equipment in less than 30 minutes then still got out of there by 10:30. So, not all bad and went well overall
