Within miles of picking up the truck, a yellow warning light went on. I spent considerable time on the phone with uhaul representatives and roadside assistance. The recommendation was made to take the truck to another location to have diagnostics run to determine the nature of the problem. It was identified as an evaporative emission problem and I was told I could make my 1000 mile trip with this problem. I told the personnel of the problem when I dropped the truck off. This kind of hassle should not have to happen in renting such a vehicle and I hope the problem was fixed so the next person renting the vehicle did not have the stress and hassle of this.

TIMOTHY HExcellent service
H KWe did not interact with anyone as we dropped the vehicle off on a sunday. My only suggestions would be to have some signs along the road to indicate where to leave the vehicle.
Renato DSuper difficult checkout. Equipment was not in the fruck and not available
