Some feedback based on my experience at this location: 1) Upon arrival, the line was significant, and there seemed to be some disarray and disorganization in the workflow of the staff. Inputting customer information at a computer across the room from the counter, searching for keys on top of a shelf, etc. all seemed to waste time and indicate some lack of organization. 2. The keys for the truck I had reserved could not be located (see above for indicators of disorganization) and so after some more waiting, I was able to get a truck. From arrival to finish, it took me 30 mins to get in my truck. 3. One of the service staff walked me out to the truck to jointly observe the mileage and the fuel level of the vehicle. The employee mis-read the fuel level, adding 1/16 to the initial reading even after I expressed disagreement, and in practice this felt like being nickel and dimed for an extra $3-5 of fuel. 4. My wife had created the UHaul reservation request and had requested a dolly and furniture blankets. I did not know this when I came to pick up the vehicle. After being shown the vehicle, the employee said I was good to go, so after inspecting the truck, off I drove. It would have been helpful if the employee had noticed the dolly and blankets on the invoice (as a customer new to the paperwork, I am not likely to notice this fine print) and had mentioned this to me directly so I wouldn't have driven off without them.

The staff was great! Consider moving desks back to create more space for customers to wait. Inclement weather conditions would have seriously dampened the visit. Additionally, price quoted on mileage was not consistent with contract. Didn’t realize this until drop off.

Stop putting that you can do express pick up at this location. They had called me Thursday to tell me they won't be open till 10am. I had already paid movers from 7-10. I told them I would cancel because that is too late. They proceeded to tell me they would open at 7:30 and to not please cancel the reservation. I agreed and said I can come at 7:30. No one wasn't here until 10am. I had hours of missed labor paid to a moving company and this type of service is absolutely insane and un professional. I will never use uhaul ever again based on this experience and will only using Penske from now on.

Long wait for pick-up process. The wait appeared to be due to the staff having difficulty using the POS system. Not sure if this was related to technical issues or training issues. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.

The text confirmation I received from Uhaul one day before my reservation said that my truck would be ready at 9am, but the location when I arrived said it was actually be 10am and I needed to wait until then. When I finally got checked in on the online app, an attendant comes out with another family and gives them the keys to our truck -- they double booked! After the other family and we raised a fuss, the attendant agreed to (finally) to back to the office and figure out what happened. When the attendant came back, he had new keys to a different truck for the other family, but had put away the keys to our truck so we needed to go stand in line, even though we had already gone through the whole process on our all

The personnel did not seem to be aware that I was making a pre-paid pickup. It didn't slow me down too much, but it indicated that there was poor communication somewhere in the mix. The man who helped couple the trailer to my vehicle was very friendly, polite, and helpful.

I had made my reservation to drop off at Jonas Snow Removal and Lawn Care Services. I was told at drop off that I could not leave it there and had to drive to another location nearby on Vine St. Also unacceptable. The new location at Jt Enterprises on Vine St was fine. I checked it back in online but I should not have to pay any additional fee for being forced to drop off at a different location.

I wouldn't recommend this location or ever using U-haul again. What can be done to improve? Start with fixing online reservations--something every other company can handle but somehow U-haul can't. What other company changes the time and location of your reservation without making it clear to you. My confirmed reservation for "24/7" pickup was bogus, as I was scheduled at a location that can only do in-person reservations, and I was still allowed to book before the location opened. When I arrived at the location and was unable to pickup online, the representative I spoke to told me the location would open at 9:30, which was also not true. This was a terrible experience all around and I hope to never use U-haul again.

The office was a bit difficult to find. It is on the back of the building. But I saw the UHaul vehicles and kept looking.

I was told when I made the reservation. That I would be charged for one day. But when I picked up the truck. I was told that I would be charged for 2 days. I will not use this location again.

Consistent with the rest of the terrible experience with your systems, this says I dropped it off in Virginia, when in fact I dropped the trailer off in New York!!! Yours systems are horrendous!!! The person at Ft. Storage was fabulous. The person at the pick-up place was also great. You are lucky you have local people who are good because your central systems should all be ripped out and fully replaced....

The only issue with pickup location was the amount of time we waited to receive our vehicle. It seems that folks walking in without a reservation already booked should maybe be put behind those in line with reservations and who have already checked in. Otherwise, the associate was very nice.

I stoood and waited for about 5 minutes while the attendee/Manager was on his phone. Maybe he didn’t notice me? I’m not sure. Plus the place needed allot or organization. Piles of papers and boxes. I did get to rent and the U-Haul was operational and clean so it got the job done. Customer service could use some work though.

Contacts on the light plugs needed cleaning, hours were not convenient, owner not organized, very hard to find. I cleaned them and everything worked after that. no problems with the trailer.

Stop with unnecessary unfair charges...I received the cargo van with the fuel needle just pass 3/4 full and you guys charged me for 2 gallons when I brought it back with the needle in the same place! Won't be using this location again!
