Everything went very smoothly. This is the second time I have rented from this location. The inside of the van could have been mopped out before the rental as an extra touch, but it was otherwise in good order and acceptably clean.

With busy Saturday afternoon, the both guys were very polite, respectful and helpful. Customer service is awesome!!
Customer service ... people were pretty matter of fact and not necessarily willing to help me resolve the confusion when Uhaul sent me there in the first place. Phones were also busy when calling during business hours, no matter how quickly and frequently calls were made. In the end, when I returned the equipment, the gentleman returning it was polite and helpful.

The personnel at JT Enterprises were very helpful and pleasant. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
The person working was very petty and very unreasonable. The truck I used barley used any gas but just because the gas gas gauge moved slightly he charged me for gas when it was still a half of tank when I got it. I was told by other people after the fact that is the worst location to ever go to. Do not go in vine street ever .
Everything went very smoothly, and the staff was helpful getting the trailer hooked up. The store front could be renovated, but that is just a cosmetic issue. The equipment was in great shape.
Despite computer issues, they successfully rented me the trailer I needed.
A sign would make the entrance easier to find.
The experience was good. One potential problem: I had to get the keys from the office despite the fact that I was enrolled to the Truck Share 24/7. I was lucky because it was the last few minutes before their closure. I'm not sure how this location would let me pick up the key, had I arrived outside their normal business hours. I would call and validate in case you need the truck outside the business hours. There's a dropbox for returning the key so I guess returning should not be a problem.
I already filed a complaint about this, on the phone I was supposed to pay $130, in the office this older guy made me pay $30 more dollars selling me stuff I didn't ask (truck insurance) he said it was the system there was nothing to do about it, I was running out of time my client was waiting for me i Couldn't stay longer to discuss the issue, then today the sent me a new bill $60 dollars more because they say I didn't return the truck on time which I did I got a lot of proof gas receipt and I took pictures, when I get there to the parking spot no one was there I just left the truck next To Others uhaul trucks. So now I cannot trust estimates by phone they sell one thing by phone and they charge more in the office. Worst experience ever. I run my own moving business but I think I have to change of truck rental beside of this.
Slightly better directions might help, not extremely easy to find.
U-Haul allowed me to reserve a truck for 09:00 on Jan 2, 2021. This location did not open until 10:00 on Saturday's, which is an hour later than my requested time. The location then gave me a difficult time about returning my truck late, but I explained to them that I requested a 6 hour timeframe and they were late, therefore my timeframe should be extended . Would not recommend coming to this location.
Charged for a dolly that they didn't provide.
I find it very weird that I had to put a deposit down! Never have I ever had to do that.
They didn't check correctly the equipment. I rented a trailer and I noticed that the tire was in bad condition. (SAFETY FIRST) I'm not recommended this place.
This is more reflection on my overall UHaul experience than the location itself as the man working there was as helpful as he could be with the resources available. UHaul switched locations when confirming the UHaul rental which I did not see since I looked that the confirmation of the rental van itself and was busy packing to prepare for my move. When I get the original location on my reservation (which I printed when confirming) it was the wrong location and I had to drive another 20 minutes to get to this location. There, a 3 person line added about a 30 minute wait to get my van, despite checking in online (I thought I was simply picking the keys). At this point, tired and having to pee (I'm 6 months pregnant), the man let me use the employee bathroom in the back. We were supposed to wait outside due to COVID, but it was so cold, that I waited crammed in the small office and exposed to people who came in without reservations, asking for what rentals were available. Finally, I get to check out the van and they want additional information, emergency contact (but somehow didn't accept my husband's valid phone number) and did not have the two dollies that I reserved. Why this was never stated when they confirmed my reservation, I still do not understand. So now, I have less equipment than I need for my move and I am an hour behind schedule due to the location change. This pretty much set the mood for my overall move, which was the worst move of my life (but that is another story of the horrible movers I booked, also through UHaul). I will not be using UHaul again. Horrible service, lack of supplies, and absolutely no response to my initial complaint on the service. I know it is a pandemic, but please do not make people go through extra stress during a move. This should be the easiest part of your move!
"With U-Haul Truck Share 24/7Â®, you're able to pick up your truck at any time." Well that wasn't the case at all. Got to the location at 8:15 AM but the app kept said I had to wait until the office opened. I called customer support; it took about 20 mins to get through. She was friendly and helpful but in the end she said the truck had not been prepped and I had to wait for the office to open at 9:30. When you're having a long moving day, you want to get started early, right? The 24/7 remote option does not work as advertised. Then, once someone came at 9:30, the first truck assigned to me had a flat tire. They switched me to another truck. The cabin was filthy. I thought Uhaul would be ensuring that the cabin is sanitized after each use. In addition, the drivers side window had been left partially open overnight and it had rained so there was water on the seat. Overall a disappointing experience with Uhaul.
The operator gave us a bad truck that resulted in a flat tire in the middle of the move and then blamed us for not knowing there was an issue. The flat tire happened during a torrential downpour. I had to uber to a car parts store to get it fixed because we were paying movers hourly. I am going to dispute this rental unless someone calls me to straighten out. The operator was rude.
Got the job done with the truck I reserved, but several of my reservation requests were unfulfilled (such as no dolly availability and no one-way trips), and I had to pay again after pre-paying online because my first payment was not registering in their system. I imagine some of this is out of the individual location's control, but it was frustrating to have been promised one thing and given another. Moreover, I now have to chase down a refund for my first payment. If I could do this over, I would not pre-pay online, and I would make a reservation at a location that guarantees your pick up will be at that location you selected.
Not happy that the Rental Rate was $29.95 and the truck rental was another $29.95 plus mileage. I don't ever remember paying that extra fee.
When I got to the the location Where I was supposed to pick up the trailer , the woman over there told me that it was not available. Nobody called me in advance to change the store and therefore U-Haul made me lose money of my pocket since I had a moving in progress. I was paying for help, and in addition I lost my time. After the picking up time I got a new message changing my picking up location from Capitol Heights to Alexandria. From 2 pm, which was the original time to 3.30 pm. Unbelievable. How irresponsible was that. Playing with your customer's time and money. Terrible experience.
Customer Service rep was super creepy and cold.
