We arrived at 9 for our rental and nobody was there. I tried to do the self check out but it wasn't very user friendly. The manager here was pretty rude.
Chris M.Stop giving out the Wrong trucks, and when you do give out trucks make sure that they have gas in them so Customers shouldn't have to drive all over the place looking to get gas at four in the morning.. Then you guys want to charge them for over the mileage

Odometer didn't work, gas gauge didn't work and I drove it for 21 miles, tap up with 2 gallons and was charged for 7 gals plus a$30 gas service charge. Absolutely awful experience. I am now awaiting a response to my dispute of these ridiculous gas charges

Don E.Originally I made my reservation at another location then I got a text that said that my reservation was changed and to call them, so I did. They gave me the new location and when I arrived at the new location on the Saturday that I made the reservation for there was no one there and the gate was locked. We had a hard time getting help and when we finaly got to tal to the manager at that location he said that they should have explained to me that I needed a gate code and other instructions to get my reserved truck. No one explained anything thing to us when they changed the reservation and even though the manager did help us and we did get the reserved truck this was a very frustrating experience. We have never had this problem before and we always rent from U haul. Why did the original place make the reservation for a truck that they did not have?

DIONDRE R.The lady that worked up front was very nice and friendly so this in no way reflects on her. the truck was clean enough but really just too old and not in good running order. It was unable to go on the expressway since the transmission would shift down around 60 when going up a hill and never shift back into an overdrive gear. It also had a loud noise under load. Maybe exhaust maybe transmission, unsure. The steering was also very vague. The truck is just too old and worn out!!

LINDA G.I am 65+ yrs old. This UHaul online is absolutely horrible for persons of my age.! What ever happened to customer service and speaking to a human? Do not blame this on COVID. It looks like to me the UHaul personnel have gotten lazy, non caring and in humane to their fellow men. Especially on the weekends! There ARE still people out here that need one on one human interaction and help.

Brett S.This was not my request pick-up location. The truck was behind a gate. The UHaul app was worthless. Had to call 3 different times. Worst experience I have ever had with UHaul. Of the 3 people I spoke to: 1. A guy who was somewhat helpful. 2. This lady was rude and has no business in customer service. 3. A young lady named Angel. Angel deserves a raise. If not for Angel, I don't think I would have ever gotten to the truck behind the gate. Thank you Angel. You saved a UHaul customer!

When given the explanation on how to return the vehicle via mobile check in were were not informed that photographs were needed of specific items (mileage/gas, interior cleanliness, etc) and the vehicle was locked and keys dropped already so proper photos couldn't be taken and the front desk told us they didn't even know how to do it but to just call or go online.
