The truck was not empty when I picked it up. There were large, empty furniture boxes. One of the required steps before accessing the key in the app should be to take a picture of the inside of the back.

The truck share location was closed even though it was advertised that they would be open. The process was very clunky and I constantly to call to figure out the next step. Instead of explaining the process I was sent a video. In 100 degree weather this was not a great experience.

The pick up was unexpected but the drop off was even worse!! We couldn't find the actual location because it was mixed among several businesses in a shady area. Once we found it we asked for help from Phillipe to help unhitch the trailer and he seemed completely lost and dumbfounded. He said uh well I guess I can help but someone else will have to check you in. So another guy who seemed to be the manager, I think his name was D'Angelo came to check in the trailer but not before telling me I can do it myself. I know I can do it in the app but I specifically dropped off at a location so YOU as the authorized dealer could check it in and HELP unhitch it. They were reluctant to do anything! I understand we are in an age of contactless anything but when I pay money for service and you are there to help why do I have to fight folks to get help? So unprofessional and unwilling to help and the place was a DUMP! Omg I don't ever intend to rent from UHaul again. My whole experience was laughable if it weren't so sad.

The code the key box provided to me didn't work. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service trying to access the key to get into my truck. The location was supposed to open at 12pm but didn't open until about 12:20pm and the person working at the location stayed inside his vehicle until the phone agent finally figured out the correct code and I walked back to the Uhaul. He never offered assistance or even made himself available to help me.

I sat in my car for 3 hours and no one at the location reached out to me. There's also not clear signage and the address given takes you to another location altogether. If not for Justin who was the manager, I don't know how long it would have been before someone helped me.

There was less than a quarter tank of gas in the tank. We put more gas in the tank than when we started out and got charged a fuel fee. My $50 rental turned into $197 rental. I asked that the first card used to hold my reservation be charged instead of the card for authorization hold, and they charged the wrong card even though there were several notes added not to do so. They lied about the amount of gas that was in the truck and lied about us not returning the gas and she did me out of $150 from $.99 a mile to five dollars a mile plus $30 . A pure rip off. I was asked if I took any pictures. I didn't think that I should have to do that and they didn't take any pictures. Never ever ever again.

The experience was terrible. The truck was in such poor condition that I returned it the same day I rented it rather than keeping the truck for a second day like I had planned to. I was also still charged for two days even though I only had the truck for 12 hours because the app was down when I attempted to return the truck.

First off my reservation was cancel two to three times. Appliance dolly that I had a reservations for was not at the place. Had to drive 45 mins out the way to get one. Which I had to pay for the miles driven.

This was terrible. We were expected to check ourselves in and check ourselves out. I still haven't received a final receipt for the rental. There wasn't anyone on site to help us. The instructions were difficult to follow and it was unreasonable to ask someone to manage their own truck rental without making the "mobile truck rental" requirement clear upfront.

My reservation had the incorrect return time that I had confirmed the day prior twice. After changing locations in order to get a truck the correct time, I was overcharged. At the new location I had to go through the check out process multiple times, as the was poor reception on the empty warehouse lot. It took 45 mins. and 4 times waiting on hold to finally get the key to leave. Upon returning it I had the same issues. In all - pretty much a total fail on Uhaul Saturday. I STILL have not gotten a reply after emailing my charge was too much. Bec/ I drove an hour out of my way that day, they agreed to Only charge mileage. My bill needs to have the !9,95 truck fee removed. I haven't even gotten a reply, but yet multiple texts and emails about doing a survey for you.

The truck had no straps in the back to help stabilize my tables, when we rented the truck the gas hand was on Empty- but I was reimbursed for the gas ⛽️

The location owner was 40 minutes late to the pickup, he did not have the dolly I requested, the mattress protector I requested, or the pads I requested. On top of that the truck's steering alignment was 6" out of place. Because my pickup location was changed twice, with the final location being 30 minutes away from the residence and the uhaul employee being 40 minutes late, I was late to meet my movers. It was an overall horrendous experience, and after that I will no longer use uhaul for any moves or recommend it to a friend.

The car trailer was had a faulty driverside wheel strap. We had to stop about every two hours if the road was in need of repair to reset it. We stopped in Jackson MS and a Uhaul guy retreated it and that worked in order to help us reset it when needed. From Atl to Vegas was a long ride on top of the extra stops to make sure my car didn't come off the trailer.

The equipment I ordered and paid for was not in the truck and it caused a decent inconvenience for us to move the larger items. I was also not refunded for it.

Uhaul may have lost my business for good. This was the second place I had to go to pick up my moving truck. The first place was on S.cobb drive. They put me in a truck that had no gas!!! So much so that the truck wouldn't even start. Then they send me to this location 15 minutes from where I started and almost 25 minutes from where I was going. When I got there it turned out it was a no contact pickup. Which is something I wasn't told at the S.cobb dr. Location and very problematic considering I also rented a dolly and furniture pads. So after having to go through the whole rental process again ( DL verification, drop off location, equipment rental, ECT...) I had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to bring the equipment I needed. I all an hour and a half of my time was wasted and I paid the movers I hired 45 minutes worth of time to wait on me. And the best they would do is give me a $50 credit. You wasted my time and cost me 86,25 for movers who couldn't work. Next time I'll just pay the extra money to have the movers bring their truck. Oh and the truck was filthy. Dirt and leaves, a bag of chips, old leftover rope and pieces of trash bag.
