First off my reservation was cancel two to three times. Appliance dolly that I had a reservations for was not at the place. Had to drive 45 mins out the way to get one. Which I had to pay for the miles driven.

The instructions were difficult to follow and it was unreasonable to ask someone to manage their own truck rental without making the “mobile truck rental†requirement clear upfront.

Brianna M.My reservation had the incorrect return time that I had confirmed the day prior twice. After changing locations in order to get a truck the correct time, I was overcharged. At the new location I had to go through the check out process multiple times, as the was poor reception on the empty warehouse lot. It took 45 mins. and 4 times waiting on hold to finally get the key to leave. Upon returning it I had the same issues. In all - pretty much a total fail on Uhaul Saturday. I STILL have not gotten a reply after emailing my charge was too much. Bec/ I drove an hour out of my way that day, they agreed to Only charge mileage. My bill needs to have the !9,95 truck fee removed. I haven't even gotten a reply, but yet multiple texts and emails about doing a survey for you.

Michelle R.The location owner was 40 minutes late to the pickup, he did not have the dolly I requested, the mattress protector I requested, or the pads I requested. On top of that the truck's steering alignment was 6†out of place. Because my pickup location was changed twice, with the final location being 30 minutes away from the residence and the uhaul employee being 40 minutes late, I was late to meet my movers. It was an overall horrendous experience, and after that I will no longer use uhaul for any moves or recommend it to a friend.

Jalisa C.The car trailer was had a faulty driverside wheel strap. We had to stop about every two hours if the road was in need of repair to reset it. We stopped in Jackson MS and a Uhaul guy retreated it and that worked in order to help us reset it when needed. From Atl to Vegas was a long ride on top of the extra stops to make sure my car didn't come off the trailer.

BRIAN M.Uhaul may have lost my business for good. This was the second place I had to go to pick up my moving truck. The first place was on S.cobb drive. They put me in a truck that had no gas!!! So much so that the truck wouldn't even start. Then they send me to this location 15 minutes from where I started and almost 25 minutes from where I was going. When I got there it turned out it was a no contact pickup. Which is something I wasn't told at the S.cobb dr. Location and very problematic considering I also rented a dolly and furniture pads. So after having to go through the whole rental process again ( DL verification, drop off location, equipment rental, ECT...) I had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to bring the equipment I needed. I all an hour and a half of my time was wasted and I paid the movers I hired 45 minutes worth of time to wait on me. And the best they would do is give me a $50 credit. You wasted my time and cost me 86,25 for movers who couldn't work. Next time I'll just pay the extra money to have the movers bring their truck. Oh and the truck was filthy. Dirt and leaves, a bag of chips, old leftover rope and pieces of trash bag.
