This was terrible. We were expected to check ourselves in and check ourselves out. I still haven't received a final receipt for the rental. There wasn't anyone on site to help us. The instructions were difficult to follow and it was unreasonable to ask someone to manage their own truck rental without making the “mobile truck rental†requirement clear upfront.

Brianna M.My reservation had the incorrect return time that I had confirmed the day prior twice. After changing locations in order to get a truck the correct time, I was overcharged. At the new location I had to go through the check out process multiple times, as the was poor reception on the empty warehouse lot. It took 45 mins. and 4 times waiting on hold to finally get the key to leave. Upon returning it I had the same issues. In all - pretty much a total fail on Uhaul Saturday. I STILL have not gotten a reply after emailing my charge was too much. Bec/ I drove an hour out of my way that day, they agreed to Only charge mileage. My bill needs to have the !9,95 truck fee removed. I haven't even gotten a reply, but yet multiple texts and emails about doing a survey for you.
