This place is a disgrace showed up early and still didn't leave with my rental till about 2:16 then they tell me I got to return the truck by 5 because that's closing time and I only had 1/4 of gas I leave to find out the dolly was not in the truck very unprofessional truck had a bang on the door couldn't open passenger window! Twisted my ankle rushing to do my move in less than 3 hours I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy oh and btw when I return at 5:10 the place was still open the nerve of the owner to tell me they close at 5 don't waste your time with this place

The man that provides the uhaul was pretty rude, lacks communication skills. Cuts you off when speaking, when I dropped it off he sat on the other side of a large screen and was in his phone without telling me anything. He made me wait at least a half hour before attending me for no reason at pick up and drop off. while The wait time is horrible … you are on his time. He doesn't know how to explain a price difference between the app and his system. He made me take the truck to a different location while I was still on the rental time to then come back to the rental location. Not a good experience.

Personnel helpful... only when we insisted they come get the truck! We were in Brooklyn NY and the place was a restaurant with a small sign in the window. They wanted us to turn the truck around on a congested street find an ally to take the truck back and park it... yea right! Did I mention we were in Brooklyn NY! Unbelievable.

When we arrived at this location the man was sleeping in his chair. When we finally got his attention he was very rude and threw my debit card towards me, instead of handing it back to me. They he proceeds to go retrieve the van and took 20 extra minutes we didn't have. His service was unprofessional and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The truck needs to be maintained and cleaned, it was stinky like someone did doo-doo. I was unfortunate to have used the same truck twice in less than 3 days.

I would recommend based on convenience and location. When I got the rental it was on empty and the back cabin smelled like the person before was transporting a dead body. Also, I requested the 24/7 truck share, apparently this location didn't have it available but also didn't state it on their website.

The equipment ordered (furniture dollies and furniture blankets) were not available and we were not notified of that until we were there to pick it up. Also the U-Haul pick up was on a busy street in a bus lane and was very difficult to drop off because of the buses and one way streets.

Terrible location. Immature staff, charged me for a dolly that he didn't have in the truck, charged my account before bringing the truck, had to wait 30 wasted minutes for the kid to get off the phone before honoring my reservation. Not to mention when I attempted to return the uhaul as per my reservation. The uhaul staff told me he's closed. Keep in mind this was at the location. This shouldn't be an affiliate because it makes your company seem unprofessional. Simply a disappointing service that I will not use again.

I brought back the vehicle at 7pm but the rep didn't take it back because "He didn't have space". I had to take it back the following day after spending close to two hours trying to find parking for it. I had to pay 10 dollars extra for gas and probably more for mileage. Also had to take time off of work to bring it back the following day. Horrible experience.

The staff was very unprofessional, and displayed very problematic lack of hospitality. My wife and I observed prejudice. What a disturbing experience. I will never patronize their business again nor will I recommend any friends.

Don't go here!!! They look at you, make their own personal judgement and treat you as if you are somehow alien, not of the norm, disgusting even…that's if your not sounding looking dressing socializing among them …after I commented a systematic thorough assessment on how they actively participate in the discrimination disregard rude behavior and overall dismissive treatment of those persons unaffiliated to the Spanish culture.. who doesn't speak look sound know or be of the community especially if you don't dress like them or look like a working person. Age race and sex all were documented in several ongoing assessments using various tactics to deter the blatant behavior seen so many times. But it's not only known unapologetic derogatory actss of discrimination it's every to those person of LGBTQIA's+, trans ( not Spanish) or ethnic background and urban acting or sounding.

I can not provide any commentary on how the service I received can be improved for the next customer. The Managing agent demonstrated professional, courteous, and expeditious service to accommodate a same-day request. The location was ideal and the equipment was clean and well-maintained. I had an excellent experience, and would not hesitate to utilize the services again and recommend this location in the future.

If there was less of a star, I would've rated it. I arrived at the location to find myself with someone with their feet up, looking at the phone and not being able to help me. I was told they were no trucks. I went on the website there were plenty of trucks …he was just too lazy to get up and provide me with the service. When I made my reservation online and went back to the establishment, he was quite surprised, and the attitude that followed was very uncomfortable. But I really needed the truck. I don't recommend this establishment but I also am writing this review so that the company can you take action this kind of customer service gives the company a horrible image.

First of all I rented a truck by 2:00 pm on 05/04/2023 when I arrive to pick up the truck they give my rental to another customer making me loose time and waited for another truck to be available which I received by 2:30pm so whats the point of renting ahead of time and with a time table for pick up.

Fisrt of all I rented a truck to be pick up by 2:00pm on 05/04/2023 when I arrive at locat Iocation they give my rental to another customer meaning my truck was given out, now im waiting for them to fix the problem and They give me a truck at 2:30pm , now i lost time waitng for the truck so what was the point of setting a time table if you get it after, not good

Walked into the establishment which is also a restaurant. I told the lady I reserved a uhaul. No one was there to accommodate. The restaurant lady called the uhaul. A young man walked by us 2x the lady told him 2x that we were there for the uhaul. First ignored her then second time put his finger up. We picked up the uhaul around 2 pm but needed to be back by 5 due to the fact they don't have a drop box EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE A RESTAURANT OPEN LATE...STILL NO DROP BOX. We did miss the 5pm time by 15 mins again restaurant open but even though uhaul not open should provide a drop box. I have moved several times from state to state across country near far and I have never came across a truck rental nor car rental without a drop box. Since I got there at 515 I parked the truck where we picked up (we had to walk to get the truck no accommodation of getting for us when we picked up) I looked up the establishment for open time which states 930. I received a call at 8am asking for the keys. I told them I would be their in 30 mins thought the office didn't open til 930. Very rude and nasty. I get to the truck the older man came to me like why you blocked me I said I don't know your number to block so he proceeds to call me infront of me my phone rings he then tells me oh you unblocked me before you got here. I said sir no need to do that. He snatched the keys from me then walked away. I then get a call a half hour later from the younger dude asking me where is the key. I told him I gave it to the older dude a half hour ago then he hung up on me no thanks for the business nothing. Very unprofessional won't recommend and definitely won't be going back. It's sad cause it's near my home Very convenient but I won't give my money to unprofessional. They also had the nerve to charge an additional $24. As we are great customers from near and far and also great tippers when the service is good. But they get an F!

There was nowhere to park the vehicle. I tried calling the location but was unable to reach anyone. Finally, I called customer service so they could get in touch with the location in order to take the vehicle. I was told to wait in a bus lane with the truck.

The man was rude and the young man that took the truck from me was nasty and disrespectful. I asked for a furniture dolly and tarps for my move and nothing was there. So I won't be renting from that location and I'm not recommending that location to any body.
