Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI arrived on time and waited 45 minutes for the vehicle I received the vehicle with enough gas to drive 7 miles. I returned the vehicle with enough gas for 15. I was still charged a fuel fee. I only used the vehicle for about 10 miles and was charged for 50
Christopher GI rented various items, but when I went to pick them up, they only had the truck. A very bad experience.

ALBERTO FIt was horrible. I had to wait 20 minutes until the persone came. Didn’t knew where they were and didn’t offer an apology. He made me do everything from the phone for pickup which didn’t make sense cause I wanted it to be in person. He asked for my name twice after putting my information for ID license. He told me after giving key to walk a block and make a right didn’t bother walking me to the area or nothing. When returning the van back I parked it on the same spot and the guy didn’t told me that he was leaving at 6:30pm. The people from the restaurant said that I am responsible for the car until tomorrow morning which didn’t make sense because my rental time is until 7:30pm so that was very uncomfortable for me. I would never come here at all the guy had an attitude and didn’t seemed like he wanted to help me. Never.
