DAVID WI went here after encountering a rude dealer at Ottawa Halal Mart - I left there in frustration, without a rental. I trust the charge on my card will be reversed. This dealer, L&S Foods, was great.
ALEXANDER BFranchise owner (Tom) is a very nice guy but! He basically pointed to the back of lot and said "grab a trailer and get hooked up". Provided a Jack stand to lift the front trailer arm. First trailer hooked up by myself only to find out the trailer lights were faulty. Unhooked and hooked up second trailer by myself. Jack stand wouldn't lift trailer to above the ball on truck. Lucky I had Some wood blocks to block trailer and adjust height. At drop off, no help was provided but he gave me a stand to drop trailer arm on. Not great customer service. Should make sure all rental equipment is operational before customer pick up. Maybe consider an employee to help customers at pick up and drop off?

ROBERT MThe pickup location was ok as there was an attendant there to assist. The drop off location not so much. We arrived within hours of operation 4:30pm on Saturday and nobody was there to help. Removing the trailer from the hitch on our own was extremely difficult. Especially when the trailer had no jack. I can understand if this was outside operating hours but not during them. There was also no way to confirm we had returned the trailer within the allowed time. If you want pickup/drop offs to be done without assistance providing jacks on the trailers would be helpful.

jean cDo you put clients in an awkward position by calling them during rental to take truck back to a different location to steal it from a small outlet. It's not very fair to anyone and kinda weird.
Guy GWhen I went to walk in, a repulsive smell stopped me at the door; I yelled for someone from the door but there was no response. There was a garage door open in the back, the smell at that door was just as strong and offensive, I yelled from there and again, no response. I then noticed a note on the door with a phone number to call, I called it and a guy came out from somewhere in the back. He had us take pictures of the odometer, cup tray and back floor, text them to him and said he'd use them to close the contract later - which in fairness, he did.

Cliff GHello... I was also with Super Tom on my last few moves. I was always treated as family. His sense of humor is a true beacon of happiness in an otherwise stressful day. Super Tom also has an uncanny way of anticipating needs that exceed expectations and really ease up on the many chores ahead. I will always be back to Super Tom with my U-Haul needs in the future. I highly recommend, excellent service and equipment. A breath of fresh air! Always thankful to my friend and brother Super Tom

ERNEST CVery disappointing.... - Took a very long time to obtain and release the vehicle - Distance was overcharged and over recorded relative to what was used - Fuel charge was applied when it should not have been - Attendant was not readily upon checkout time and vehicle pull up and pull out was expected of customer, along with pictures taken by customer to have to facilitate check in and check out; poor customer service - Vouchers that were brought forward were not utilized and it was put on the customer to figure out how to apply them - Sharp piece of broken wood in the truck was present upon taking the vehicle Very poor experience overall and would not go back to this location again.

ROBIN HMy experience with the 24/7 online customer service was beyond terrible. It took talking to 4 different service rep for 2 plus hours before finding a resolution to my account setup and rental application.

JOHN CYour new snap in trailer hitch is the worst thing ever. The amount of sloppy play in them is going to put you out of business. You need to go back to the twist o es thatt you can tighten to the ball

CRAIG CSuper Tom always provides excellent service (were repeat customers). Uhaul must provide more cargo trailers to service Ottawa West. Last year, we booked 6 wks in advance and had to scramble last minute to Innes road location. It was a nightmare.

DANIEL CI paid for gas before returning the truck, but I still got charged for fuel in the end. I do not think I have ever had this issue since I strated using Uhaul over 15 years ago. Very frustrating.
ALFI TWent to u-haul on Conventry Ave in Ottawa with my Reservation. My 6x12 trailer was not there? Had to drive 45 minutes to Westbrook Rd. for a smaller trailer. This smaller trailer was not big enough for my needs! Not happy with Service at Conventry location for my Reservation from 1 month ago! Wasted my gas, my time and trailer was too small. Not happy with the original location customer service!
HERBERT CMy reservation was moved last minute to the other side of town despite having booked the trailer 4months in advance at the location closest to me. It was very inconvenient having to go so far to pick up the trailer.
