Terrible vehicle, you should be embarrassed to rent it out. Plus, Now I'm getting charged $100 more than the invoice that I just received.
Absolute worst experience with a truck rental in my life. Was specifically reserved in a location then they moved the pick up location 25kms out of my way, changed pick up time from 8:30am to 10:45 but still expected it returned at the same time, took over an hour to complete pick up, then charged me $27 for fuel even though it was exactly at the level it was when I picked it up. I will never use UHaul again. Awful customer service, terrible experience, I recommend going anywhere else!
Location driveway needs to fixed as does the equipment.

There was no windshield washer fluid in the truck, and the windshield was very dirty. I also did not get the 10 furniture pads I paid for.
Vehicle had exhaust leak that went into cab of truck...headaches. Brakes poor, horn doesn't work,overdrive doesn't engage. Not the most shining example of yourfleet!
Service was atrocious, things were not confirmed I had to drive 30 minutes further at arrival. The attendant was rude and snapped at me which I snapped back so he decided to yell. My rate was supposed to be 92 or 94 I didn't take the dolly so should have been cheaper. The truck was filthy. Abs was on brake light was on truck was shaking. And a pile of soil was there to make it easier to tip the truck.
The lot is dark and feels unsafe. When I picked up, it was raining quite hard - the lock boxes with the keys were positioned so that I had to stand and be dripped on from the roof while unlocking the boxes and retrieving the keys. If this contact-less pick up is going to continue, recommend at least having a shelter with a roof and some lighting for the drop boxes - and more lighting at the back of the lot.
The mobile application checkin sucks (horrible).
Location was not obvious from the road and was threatened with consequences for being late.
Not any issues with pickup location...its uhaul corporate which gave me problems. Was dissatisfied with having not been able to switch drop off location
The self serve check in process was horrible and I needed the assistance of the attendant to complete the pickup. I was told that the issue was due to my not picking up at exactly the right time. This is ridiculous. I have never picked up a rental truck at the exact time of the reservation. The app wouldn't accept any of my submissions, but gave no errors.
When unsullied mixes up locations own up to it. Client has the original booking with time date and location. So don't blame the client
Location easy to locate . Parking area needs some attention ( mud, piles of fine stone at entrance, parking for your vehicle should not be the case of move your truck out and place your vehicle in that spot ) The owner was very efficient and friendly and even with Covid 19 the whole transaction was smooth . I will rent again from this Franchisee

The rep at this location seemed helpful while remaining very cautious about COVID-19. Return process was pretty quick and simple. U-Haul customer service from the call center was absolutely atrocious though. I will not use U-Haul again because of how awful the experience was. Our reservation was significantly changed multiple times within 24 hours of our expected departure. In the end, we didn't even get the truck we booked because there were none available anymore, even though we were guaranteed a specific size already. We also had to drive significantly out of our way to pick it up, adding almost 3 hours to our drive time for the day. On top of that, our finalized booking was actually wrong. The customer service agent entered the wrong pick up time and if I didn't call to inquire, then we would've been standing there 5 hours early twiddling our thumbs and wasting time. Honestly, I never ever want to go through any of that again.
Given the current restrictions i believe the gentleman that helped us is doing all he can to make the customer experience a pleasant one
The pick up and drop off process could be better documented in an email.

The process was really bad. There was just one person dealing with all calls and customer support. In the piddle of the pickup call (waiting outside) the person put me on hold for 5 mins because someone else was calling about a rental (sale)
I have rented from other UHaul locations many times, first time at this location and also the last. I was reassigned to this location from my preferred location after booking due to equipment availability issues. The owner/operator was very unhelpful and abrupt/rude. He gave very poor instructions on how to proceed in picking up the rental, leading to a confusing experience at pickup. Then I was unexpectedly charged 50% in extra fees without warning after dropping off my rental, the first time I have ever been dinged for extra fees at any U-Haul location. Next time I'll rent elsewhere.
The App was a bit difficult to understand/follow but once I started dealing with the on site person, the experience became much better.
