Can not rate this location fully as I did a key drop and didn't interact with anyone; however, the parking and key drop was very easy to complete. Also, since we are forced to answer each question even if we didn't interact or go into the facility, you should add an N/A.
SCOTT SI returned the truck on Monday morning. I let Larry know that the truck is at the same gas level as when I picked it up. I received a call from the pick up location on Thursday asking if I had returned the truck, when indeed I had a full day early. Then, I was charged $86 with no explanation. I called Larry and asked what the charge was. He said he needed to ask his girlfriend and call me right back. I have never received the call. I am concerned why the return process was not completed the same day. I am concerned about this extra charge. i have NO idea what happened between Monday and Thursday---it is now Friday and I have not heard back.

David CI was supposed to pick up my I haul at one location and I was contacted to change my location twice I was charged for a date I did not have the u haul. The supervisor is supposed to call me to discuss this.

Phillip LWork on your online site I had such a problem with it it locked me out and had to get ahoks of service took me over 2 hrs to get everything good and then it kicked me again before incould do mileage and picks for pretrip..but return was alot easier and faster .

Rich RI chose this location because it is a regular business and I assumed it would be open during the day on a weekday. I was wrong. The place was closed. I had to act like a U-Haul employee and check myself in. The app had no problem seeing I was over a few miles and charging me extra. The fact that I was a day early returning it and with extra gas in the tank was not acknowledged.

Angela LOnly question is the rental rate is advertised as $19,95 for 1-day rental returned to same location. Invoice shows rate of $89! I see the credit for the free 100 mi. All charges seem correct except the rate. Please explain. Thank you.
Jay BHave the equipment ready. Be on time, not 30 minutes late! Don't try and up charge the customer.

Scott ZFirst of all the truck would be clean and have a full tank. They knew I was travelling 900+ miles. When I spoke to the owner I let them know I did not want to drop the truck off down town Tallahassee near the University . He agreed and said he changed it,but did not! He did not have things ready to go had to wait.Plus was quoted 1300 and had to pay 1800 ????? I will be looking for a different company next time.

Nicholas KDogs lunging at you from behind the counter and barking at you. No mention of any paperwork.or documnetation, no directions on returning or taking pictures. He just said thanks and took the keys. I stopped back about a half hour later to get some documentation but he was gone. I called and was told he would email a reciept after he gets back.

Sally LWas not informed that it was a two day rental and the milage offered did not match what I originally looked up online for a rental from uhaul. This mad a bad situation I was already dealing with worse. It was an excellent vehicle though.
Deron PI contacted Larry the day before my pickup as a courtesy call. He assured me he would be there for my 8:00am pickup. We arrived at 7:55 and no one was there. The number listed on the door and sign to call was a working number, but no one answered it the multiple times we called it. He finally arrived around 8:40pm. I personally couldn't stand inside his shop where an ashtray was in the middle of the counter. My lungs can't handle that smoke/cigarette smell ever since I got COVID earlier this year. Thankfully my husband was able to stand in there and take care of the business/paperwork. However, he was turned off by the two large dogs that were behind the counter. The trailer was not hooked up to the vehicle. Once they did hook it up, thanks to my husband, we noticed the tail lights were not working. So, we had to get a different trailer on site. We arrived much later than we expected to our place of moving and our help was waiting 45 minutes for us.

Clarence VOnly thing I can say was that it was hard seeing traffic backing out of the location. Otherwise everything, especially the help from the people working, was very appreciated.

Michelle RI had someone drop the truck off for me thus I did not see the site and can not rate it. I received an e receipt stating that all was well for my part.
DEAN CLarry was the owner and he did everything I his power to make sure I got what I needed and everything went smoothly. However uhauls customer service not only hung up on me when they couldn't complete my order but repeatedly changed my truck size/ pickup location/ and many other aspects of my order to create not only a hostile feeling buy a scummy feeling as well. Ended up paying more in gas and mileage because of it. Overall will not use uhaul again but Larry was awesome. Be more like Larry.

John WI just dropped the vehicle off after hours. The site contact in Defiance, Ohio help me as appropriate. During the follow-up phone call with him I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner.
