Can not rate this location fully as I did a key drop and didn't interact with anyone; however, the parking and key drop was very easy to complete. Also, since we are forced to answer each question even if we didn't interact or go into the facility, you should add an N/A.

I returned the truck on Monday morning. I let Larry know that the truck is at the same gas level as when I picked it up. I received a call from the pick up location on Thursday asking if I had returned the truck, when indeed I had a full day early. Then, I was charged $86 with no explanation. I called Larry and asked what the charge was. He said he needed to ask his girlfriend and call me right back. I have never received the call. I am concerned why the return process was not completed the same day. I am concerned about this extra charge. i have NO idea what happened between Monday and Thursday---it is now Friday and I have not heard back.

David CI was supposed to pick up my I haul at one location and I was contacted to change my location twice I was charged for a date I did not have the u haul. The supervisor is supposed to call me to discuss this.
