Kristin KLarry's is a small shop and understandable that he only has a few pieces of equipment to rent. I have to say the Cargo Van I rented had the cleanest interior I have ever seen in a U-Haul! I recommend him to anyone looking to rent a U-Haul. His customer service is outstanding. PROBLEM: When you rent your truck or trailer and the online system asks several times what equipment you need, but when you go to pick it up, you find out they do NOT have the equipment you ordered. This is a flaw in the U-Haul program that should be corrected. It is a horrible experience when it happens to you. Where are you now going to go to rent or perhaps have to buy the equipment and supplies you need? I have been renting U-Hauls for the past 30 years and have been in lots of U-Haul stores. The worst service I experienced was in one of the huge U-Haul stores that also installs hitches. They had every piece of U-Haul stuff to rent or purchase. They also had the worst customer service! Maybe U-Haul needs to enlist some 'secret shoppers' to check out the stores.

Stanley HTruck was great. Location was average at best. The lock box was open, and the keys were actually not in there, so upon looking, I finally found them in the ignition of the unlocked vehicle when I arrived. The customer service overall was horrible. This was not the location I selected online for pick up the truck (that originally allowed me to select and was on my reservation email). No one reached out to me to let me know in advance. I had to call the location originally selected online two days before pick up to verify the truck was there. They said they didn’t have the equipment. I called U-Haul customer service and they said they would try to see if they could get the equipment moved. They told me call me back that day. No call. I had to then call customer service the day before pick up. They said I had to pick up my equipment at a difference place. If I hadn’t called, I would have showed up at the wrong location. I will never use U-Haul again.
