Have the equipment I ordered actually be in the truck at my pickup time and when you don’t have the equipment refund me my money instead of doing absolutely nothing.

Transmission slipped the whole way. Storage shed didn't lock when I got here. I refused to leave my belongings in an open storage unit. I'm disabled. This move almost killed me. Tried to return truck to the place I rented it but they wanted full price so I was without my vehicle for 3 days because they didn't have the equipment for me to tow it. It took all of my social security so I'm out in the cold and when I got here my truck was damaged so I can't move on to where I'm going. It was not supposed to be like this. Happy homeless Christmas to me.

Nothing ! This was actually the best U-Haul experience. The process was extremely easy and left satisfied.

More expensive than other storage units but clean and easy access. It is a convenient location near HAFB.

As I was new to the area and looking for a great location to store my personal belongings this was the place. Clean, secure and helpful staff over all great experience.

Would have given Excellent except that they do not answer their phone.. even after leaving a message about the other comments I left on pick up site.

Being open7 days a week would be great. Not the drop-off locations fault but U-Haul's. It's not right to pay a $20 drop off fee when a location isn't open 7 days a week. Most apartment complexs don't let you leave a trailer sitting nor does a customer what to be responsible for an empty trailer!

My problem was not with the location, but my app based check out experience was not good. The servers kept timing me out, and making me start over when trying to upload photos. What should have taken 5 minutes, took nearly 45 min in total. I actually had to leave the truck for another appointment and come back to try checking out again, until it finally worked. I would have been checked out by 6:00 had I been able to the first 5 tries, and I think I may have been charged an extra day for doing so. Anyhow, the truck was fine, the lady at the location was awesome, just left a bad taste in my mouth in regards to the checkout delays. It wasn't a problem with my signal either.

no parking for large trucks! Dropped keys off after hours and they did not check the truck in until 2 days later and charged me an extra day!

We were scheduled to pick up the truck after hours, with mobile pickup. The keys were not in the lock box they were supposed to be in. Had to wait over an hour for the location to open, & when it did, the employee acted like it was no big deal, even though it caused our entire move to be off schedule, & we didn't have help as long as we would have if we would've been able to pick the truck up at the time we had reserved it for. She had the key hanging behind the counter & seemed clueless to the fact that she was supposed to have put it in the lock box. The truck also only had half a tank in it, which made it more difficult to figure out how much to put back in, rather than filling it up completely to make up for what we had used. Will never use this location again.

I am totally pleased with everything and everyone. I felt totally safe storing my belongings there, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional.

Everything was good the storage unit. However the price I think is a bit too high. I moved to another city and had to get another storage unit. The unit I'm now it is much bigger 24 hr access well lit and about 30 bucks cheaper. It's a business I get it but maybe you can look at giving people a break on cost.

I called the facility to ask a few questions, but nobody answered. Since I was pressed for time I needed to choose a different storage facility.

The storage unit was clean. The concrete floor had a narrow shallow 1" trench on the edges for water seepage, which was good. Returned Uhaul truck up front.

The 5x8x10 unit displayed online led me to believe the size of the door measured 5 feet. The concrete border restricts the size to an estimated 4 feet, so I was forced to upgrade.

This storage facility was perfect for our needs. The young woman in the office was exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable.

The woman running the office was always very helpful and friendly. The prices were fair and overall it was a great experience. It's not 24/7 access, that's the only drawback I can think of.
