The process was easier than expected, the truck was clean and all ready to go. The only issue was the ac on our truck would only go to the windshield and wouldn't change with the dial.

Please just take note when I returned the equipment.
RICHARD SChecked equipment in a couple days early. Person seemed uninterested. Then a get a phone call that equipment was late. Obviously didn't do check in of equipment correctly.

Martin LI was never called and contacted that the truck was not at the location that I booked it for (which is one minute from where I moved out of). So I went to the location I booked at, waited in line for almost an HOUR just to find out my reservation had been moved without contacting me!! I literally cried at the UHAUL office in Bountiful because I had been dropped off and now I had to call my parents to come pick me up and my entire move was delayed due to your mistake. All you had to do was communicate with me and you could not even do that. It was an absolutely terrible experience and your customer service is abysmal. Will not be using UHAUL ever again. You ruined my entire move.
