I made reservations online and noticed the price jump from $34 to $55+ when it was time to check out. I had previously deleted the $15 'Safe Move' insurance. I deleted it again - the total changed back to the $34. I took a pic of it to make sure I would not be charged. My son picked up the truck and asked about the insurance again and the front desk person said it had been SELECTED. This is 100% NOT TRUE - I had DELETED IT TWICE. U-HAUL has convinced me of it's SNEAKY business practices yet again. I thought it was a fluke last time - Received my final bill receipt today and it is $109.62. GIVE ME A BREAK. I'M DONE. I def would NOT use UHAUL unless you appreciate being lied to and DECEIVED REPEATEDLY. Oh, and btw....the front desk person was ASLEEP at the desk when my son went in to pick up the truck. I would appreciate a PHONE CALL from UHAUL to handle this entire matter ASAP.

Chad HI arrived shortly before closing and the process was pushed to get me out (probably an indication the owner doesn't value or take care of their employee). The dolly either was missing or lost the tail light in the 1.8 miles I drove to my son's house. Then I had to find a way to get it fixed and luckily the large storage location in Clearfield/Roy Utah was awesome. They took care of me immediately and fixed it so I could get going but it still cost me over an hour to make this happen. Additionally, when I booked this the price was one cost but when I picked up the price was higher. When I asked why I was just told, that he wished they wouldn't do that because it changes based on where you drop. No kidding but nothing changed (I did figure out it was for insurance which i was not asked if I wanted it or not). Not impressed.
greg hThe truck bed was unswept and there was no lock provided for the truck rear door, and blankets were missing. The numbers on the lockbox were so rubbed off it was impossible to see which number it was in the combination.
