It was one of those gas stations that were like a fortress protecting the worker. At the U-Haul place, I talked to the worker through a microphone, and put my ID in the tray that slid into the worker area. It took us over an hour to get there. and they didn't even have a bathroom available. Nor did they have a bathroom at another place across the street. My wife had to beg to use their employee restroom. But that was not the U-Haul business. It was a different business that reluctantly let her use the bathroom. Yet this was the closest location (to Baltimore) that had the truck I needed.

Lack of communication of where I wanted my Uhaul truck. Asked for it to be in the Catonsville location and had to go to the Halethorpe location because the truck was not available in Catonsville. This was not communicated to me, and ended up being a huge waste of time for me and my family during the move.

My overall experience wasn't great. I tried to pick up a 15' truck at the 2929 Washington Blvd location but even though I had 4 bars on my phone and Location Services turned on it wouldn't connect. I had 2 guys waiting for me at $40/hr and had to go to the Leeds Ave location which was supposed to open at 8:00 am but didn't open until 8:15. The guy at the Leeds location was very nice and I got a 20' truck for the 15' truck rate which was also helpful. The operators who were helping me when I was at the Wash Blvd location were great. I'm glad you have a 24 hr hotline. When I was waiting for the Leeds Ave location to open I called 2 times to try and get another truck and both times they transferred me to a Scheduling Specialist but they aren't open until 9:00 am on Sundays. Due to having to go to a location that was further away I paid more in mileage fees. I had to pay my helpers more for waiting around for 1.5 hrs. Today when I got my bill I noticed i was charged for 2 days. I called the 800# and the operator said she has to have the manager of the Leeds Ave location call me to make the correction. I called 1 hour ago and I still haven't had a call back.

Location was convenient. Didn't give a sense of confidence due to the way the gas station was set up. Was relieved when I received the email that everything was complete. Staff was friendly and very nice.

The attendant was slow and snotty. The fuel estimate was wrong (9/16 is not the same as a quarter tank). Transmission was loose. At the end of the day, mission accomplished but I might as well have used a cherry red wagon like i had when I was 5.

The drivers side rear tire kept going flat. I had to go out of my way 4 times to get air and the location was unable to credit me any mileage. Both of the doors didn't hinge correctly and when it hit a bump the passenger door came unhinged (didn't open thank goodness) b
