The person at the location was rude and not helpful at all. The keys for the truck were not in the designated area and the app did not provide proper access instructions for obtaining the keys. I spent an hour and a half getting the keys.

Location was a Gulf gas station which was very well lite for an evening return. There’s no parking lot, so truck was parked along the curb.
Michael AOwner of gas station nd workers are rude and ignorant.! Won't help you figure out anything. I was on the phone for an hr because it kept saying there wasn't equipment assigned to my reservation.!
