Everything worked seemlessly during my pick up and drop off of your 10 foot box truck. This location was very convenient. Thank you.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNote that this is not a full service location; only a lock box to pick up the key. It was not initially clear who to contact or how to get the code. I prefer a full service location.
Mark FThe person at the location was rude and not helpful at all. The keys for the truck were not in the designated area and the app did not provide proper access instructions for obtaining the keys. I spent an hour and a half getting the keys.
Timothy BLocation was a Gulf gas station which was very well lite for an evening return. There’s no parking lot, so truck was parked along the curb.
Michael AOwner of gas station nd workers are rude and ignorant.! Won't help you figure out anything. I was on the phone for an hr because it kept saying there wasn't equipment assigned to my reservation.!
