Nice place. But originally reserved something only 3 miles away and had to drive over an hour to pick up here. So even though this location was fantastic, Uhaul itself was NOT good.

Sometimes i needed in my storage late at night but I didn't have access to the gate past 10pm. I would say that was the only bad thing about the storage place. Other than that it was amazing, clean and affordable. Only reason why I canceled my services was because i build a shed in my house

Excellent customer service we actually accidentally locked the keys in the truck and within 30 minutes they had us a key to unlock it I really appreciate it, everything that was done and provided for us excellent service. Thank you so very very much from Gwendolyn Lasseigne.

The Lions Den Self Storage had just implemented a brand new policy of only being open on the 1st Saturday of the month. This went into effect on 2/11/2022, the day before we went to pick up the truck. I called the number on the notice and the woman did not give me any instructions on how to acquire the truck. Her only comments were to call U-Haul. She did not want to give me the 'time of day'. Our reservation had been originally with T Bar T Farm Supply, but they did not have the truck we needed, therefore, the reservation was changed to Lions Den Self Storage. When we did not receive instructions on how to accees the trunk so we went to T Bar T Farm Supply and they were great! They explained the arrangement and we acquired the code needed. After all we went through all this, I finally received an email with some instructions. I do not know whether Lions Den Self Storage or U-Haul was at fault here, but there should have been better communications. This was our first experience with a '24-hour' access arragement, otherwise, maybe we would have expected some of this. Nevertheless, we should have been notified of the '24-hour' arrangement before the pick-up date.

I moved out because there was a leak in my parents storage unit (David and Kim Kidd). We were planning to use Lion's Den for the next 9 months until our house was finished being built. However, the leak in other units without notification to us that that had happened.

I just want to say that after being so frustrated the gentleman I spoke to helped me every step of the way. Right down to getting the key out of the back of the truck. He went above and beyond to help me through. Thank You Cameron for a job well done. You have outstanding customer service.

I felt 100 % confident in leaving our things at 女 den storage. From the front office to storage unit everything was top notch. Service was Efficient, friendly and very professional. The facility is very well maintained. The cleanliness and appearance as we looking for a place is what drew us to the 女 den!

Terrell !!!!! I had a terrible experience the site said they were open to find out they were closed when I arrived. Not one location but 2!!!! With me having to go to Kaufman. Very upset!!!

The inside if the truck smelled strongly like dog. I didn't realize it until after I got home because I didn't inspect inside the truck before we left, only the cab and the outside of the truck. Also, the inside of the truck had some sort of splatters on the walls, that I'm assuming we're dog product. But at the pick up location the front desk lady was si nice and helpful so overall the whole experience was good.

The only thing about this facility that I didn't like was the location of the key pads. I know it sounds crazy but to enter it's to the left of the gate so you have to wait for the gate to almost completely open before you go in. I know that's what you're suppose to do but who does that. For the key pad to exit, it's almost impossible to access unless you're in a tiny vehicle. You have to get out of your car to get to it. No deal breaker by any means.

Office staff exceptionally nice. No problems with anything. We rented UHaul truck twice for 2 trips to move and were completely happy with everything. We also rented 2 storage spaces prior to our move and had no problems with that either.

If you can prorate the beginning days, you should be able to when releasing the unit. We had to go over 5 days and had to pay for the whole montb. The unit and service were great. I would recommend Thanks

Although the facility is new, our unit leaked. Thankfully we had put a tarp over everything because when we went in, the tarp was filled with water. Our items would have been ruined if we had trusted the brand new facility to keep our items secure. When I told the staff their only response was "oh no. Thanks for telling me".

I rented the truck with a special deal offered over the UHaul on-line reservation. By returning the truck to Kaufman I saved $55 plus got an extra day. My return date was clearly stated on the rental agreement as 11/3/2020 2:00 PM. I returned the truck on 11/3/2020 at 12:37 PM. However when I received my invoice via email I was charged $40 for an extra day. I called the return location and was told they would correct the mistake. i never received a new invoice and called again a few days later. Their response to me was "the system" would not accept the change. It has been a month now and i have yet to receive a refund for the overcharge. I have turned it over to my credit card company as a disputed charge. Maybe they can get U-Haul's attention.

When I clicked on the link sent to me via text, the GPS took me to the UHAUL place across the highway. It wasnt until I opened the reservation that it showed that I needed to be at the Lion's Den. This particular location did not have any open spots to park the trailer. My sister was with me and she happens to have a storage unit there and we were able to leave it behind the gate. Had she not been with me I would have had to leave it in the middle of the drive. Just a suggestion......add the name of the drop off location to the text messages with the address.
