Rhonda M. | Overall ExperienceThe only thing about this facility that I didn't like was the location of the key pads. I know it sounds crazy but to enter it's to the left of the gate so you have to wait for the gate to almost completely open before you go in. I know that's what you're suppose to do but who does that. For the key pad to exit, it's almost impossible to access unless you're in a tiny vehicle. You have to get out of your car to get to it. No deal breaker by any means.

Our items would have been ruined if we had trusted the brand new facility to keep our items secure. When I told the staff their only response was "oh no. Thanks for telling me".
