Nice place. But originally reserved something only 3 miles away and had to drive over an hour to pick up here. So even though this location was fantastic, Uhaul itself was NOT good.

Gwendolyn L.The Lions Den Self Storage had just implemented a brand new policy of only being open on the 1st Saturday of the month. This went into effect on 2/11/2022, the day before we went to pick up the truck. I called the number on the notice and the woman did not give me any instructions on how to acquire the truck. Her only comments were to call U-Haul. She did not want to give me the 'time of day'. Our reservation had been originally with T Bar T Farm Supply, but they did not have the truck we needed, therefore, the reservation was changed to Lions Den Self Storage. When we did not receive instructions on how to accees the trunk so we went to T Bar T Farm Supply and they were great! They explained the arrangement and we acquired the code needed. After all we went through all this, I finally received an email with some instructions. I do not know whether Lions Den Self Storage or U-Haul was at fault here, but there should have been better communications. This was our first experience with a '24-hour' access arragement, otherwise, maybe we would have expected some of this. Nevertheless, we should have been notified of the '24-hour' arrangement before the pick-up date.
