I planned a move as many people do but, also I accept a small amount of the responsibility because of a holiday weekend. I did not get a call from the renting location or any type of contact and didn't know I actually had a confirmed rental until the afternoon of my rental day and that only happened with assistance from the major U Haul location in the city. I never saw the guy who owned the rental location it was at a gas station and the manager I guess photo copied my license to the owner and I did everything over the phone with him it was a smooth process but really never had that experience always rented in person. I said yes to renting here again if it was the only availability since there is a major U Haul location in the city that does 97 % of the business there but, they had no availability. I have always had good experiences with U Haul but think I will stay away from the "part time" U Haul locations.

The drop off location was closed when we arrived. We followed the instructions on the U-haul app and we had the trailer dropped off in a timely manner. It was an easy process to follow. However, with no one at the location we didn't feel comfortable leaving the blankets or furniture dolly. So again we had to find another location to drop off the items. This was a Sunday and no fault of the drop of location, we had to leave the items somewhere because we were leaving for out of town on Monday when they would be open.

Tyson MI thought, at first, when I had to go online to reserve a trailer, that it would be an impersonal transaction, because I like people and I like to KNOW that I REALLY reserved one. Well, I was wrong! My experience was quite the opposite. Very personal service from beginning to the end. I did have to call the reservation line with questions, and it was clearly written on the site. From my first call, then another to extend my reservation, service via the calls was exceptional! Very pleased and will let others know if given the opportunity. Job well done! Thank you!

Paxton AThis is the worst uhaul experience/ location ever. There was no personnel or help to unhook this trailer and I am 7 months pregnant. This is the rudest facility (gas station) who is the location, they will not help or assist in any way. My ENCLOSED trailer was already duct taped and leaking on my personal belongings then there was no help at all at the drop off location. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Donnie SThere was no one available to handle the rental. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to get someone on the phone to handle the rental. The person on the phone was having to yell at children during our call Had to wait again for someone to verify the hook up was correct after I hooked it up Had to wait again on the return for someone to figure our what I had rented and check it in Was charged for an extra day when I have a picture verifing the time I dropped off was before it was due Was also charged for insurance that was turned down. This UHAUL location appears to me to operating well below UHAULs standards. We are contesting the charges.
Brian EVery friendly people. They were helpful, but, did expect me to go online to set up the agreement. It all went well. I'd go back...probably will eventually.

Shannonn CI saw the rows of UHaul trailers in a parking lot next to a corner store a couple of buildings away from where I expected to drop off our trailer according to the map. I did a u turn where I had passed it up and went back to the corner store and parked it on the lot with the others. It all worked out in the long run. Uhaul's app kept on locking up so we just went online to check out. It was a Sunday return.

Anthony RI was cheated in the beginning , the gas hand wasn't on 3 quarters & I took pictures and notified The local Uhaul & some one on the phone @ uhaul & still had to pay ffg or 6 gallons , I wouldn't refer Uhaul to my enemy if I had 1 ! I was robbed with out a gun present

vernell tassociate was over an hour late to pick up trailer and when I returned it the next associate didn't come out to visual the trailer because "its hot out there"
