Staff was not accommodating. Was told that if I came between 11-12:30 they couldn’t help me because being behind the deli for the lunch crowd was more important. I was told to come before 11, I show up and the manager had taken a lunch break so I had to wait.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFirst of all the original pick up location was changed to 45 mins away from selected pickup. The Starkville location was nothing but a muddy sketchy place. No one was there and when I called the number they answered “Yeah??” The trailer was damaged and they had no idea. They wanted us to just hook up and go. Second location we had to wait over 20 mins because the lady was talking on her cellphone. She never came out and looked at the hookup or check anything. She sent the cook out to take a picture with her cell.
