No one said anything about filling out an after hours drop off, yes it was in the contract but who really reads the contract. That should have been told no in small print. I was charged over the amount because wasn't told

The gentleman at this location is always very helpful and quick. He gets the paperwork done properly and helps get the equipment hooked up and ready to go. When I come back he helps get the equipment taken off and inspects the equipment and my vehicle to make sure no damage has happened. That is what I've rented from this location three times already and will continue to do so. Uhaul makes great equipment that is capable of helping me get my job done and your employees help make the entire experience that much better! Please let this gentleman know that I really appreciate all his help and that he is doing a great job!

Claudia C.Truck engine light on, ran EXTREMELY loud. Not a large truck idling loudly -- this was a large truck with serious mechanical issues ROARING through the drive. UHaul could at LEAST provide ear protection, given servicing their trucks is too much to ask. Did not feel safe driving it, and neither did my dad. I've gotten trucks with issues before (engine light on or gas tank is short, it's whatever), but this was unacceptable. Try another company that rents safe, serviced equipment -- UHaul didn't even give us a discount after speaking to the store. I already have to go to the weirdest, shoddiest places to find a UHaul pickup. It's not worth the trouble when the truck might not even get your stuff there.

janet A. | Expérience généraleWhen I called to reserve a truck and tow dolly I was told a total price that included ALL taxes etc. Yet when I went to the location to pick up the truck I was told a completely different and more expensive price. When I questioned the man behind the counter he said it happens all the time and that the people I called always give the wrong price/they don't know what they're doing. He also said we couldn't hook up the tow dolly to take. Said we had to return the next day AFTER we loaded the truck to have the tow dolly hooked up. He only backed down on that nonsense when we told him we were leaving at 5am the next day. Through most of my interaction with him he was more interested in texts on his personal cell phone. He was consistently trying to upcharge me on everything. NEVER would reccomend this place to anyone. Also he told me that the money I paid for the shipping blankets would be credited back to me once they were all returned. It was only $10 but again..another lie.

DERYCK S.Questions are to general. Facility is clean but maintenance is minimal. Gates locked but cameras are either well hid or don't exist. Staff has always been exceptional. Yes I would recommend but with strong emphasis on caveats. The facility looks like a junk yard. Cars, trucks and RVs in various states of disrepair and damage. I had to take my boat to different facility because the owners uses the exterior places for storage of these wrecks. Oh yeah. No dumpsters at some facilities.
JEROME K. | Expérience généraleThis location was great and the workers were very polite to me and my child. HOWEVER, U-Haul scheduling line was less then helpful and had awful customer service. I initially tried to reserve a location closer to my move, where they had trucks sitting in the lot. I received a call that they didn't have equipment checked in and it could not be rented but was told the field manager was going out and I would receive a call back regarding their equipment availability. I was assured by this customer service person on the first call that a note was put in. I waited over 24hours and never received a returned call. I called back the scheduling line after work, the night before my move and was told this issue or concern was NOT noted on my file and that I couldn't get a closer truck nor could I get a discount for being 30miles out of the way at 99cents a gallon. This operator also disconnected my call while checking what equipment a closer location had. I called back and got a different operator who was outright rude and sounded inconvenienced by my call. He refused to even check the other locations as was being done when I was disconnected, told me basically take it or leave and that there was nothing that could be done to offset my extra costs. Your customer service people should make the notes they say they will, should return calls, and something should be done when reservations have to be moved 30extra miles.

The people are rude they don't give you all the instructions for running a vehicle they don't put your equipment in the truck and then they tell you parked it in the wrong spot when you bring it back. Seriously?????????

Was not told no walk path with truck so dolly was pointless. Was not able to pick up at location I resurveyed online and was not told until a week after. Lots of extra gas and miles and COST.

It messed up our schedule, where we missed appointments later in the day. Please provide feedback. It cost me more $$$ and time. not acceptable!

Matthew D.Check for air quality in the uhaul. The person that had used it last was a very heavy smoker. It was so filled with smoke smell that I would never have been able to ride in it. I sprayed the cab with Lysol and was able to get rid of some of the smoke smell. I cleaned the steering wheel with a cloth and it was filthy. The people at the uhaul place was extremely helpful
