Communication is lacking. First location didn't have our truck and didn't notify us. Then sent us to this location and even though I called to notify them we would not be there at noon, they still called me and threaten to give the truck to someone else if I didn't call back immediately. Very disorganized, dirty, truck was filthy, moving blankets were all over it, a dolly was laying in the middle, we had to move all of it to use it, truck door got stuck,SHANIN TRACY M.

My only issue is U-Haul corporate had to change my rental location and they didn't tell me that an 8am pick up had to use "Scan and Go" pickup, because the office didn't open until 9am. So I had to wait an hour, which could have been avoided.MICHAEL JOSEPH T.

I dropped off and left key in drop box. Was charged $12 for gas- I however filled up to the needed line at the gas station immediately before I pulled the truck to the back- I do not feel that I was under the gas line- feel this was unnecessary charge.KIMBERLY KAY G.

First off the truck i wanted was a ten foot and they didn't have one but when I reserved it online I was guaranteed to have it. Then it was very dirty inside, had to sweep it out and the front sitting area was sticky with spilled drink. Couldn't even see out windshield I had to go to gas station to clear it off. Then my drop off spot was wrong even though I told them port Huron they had me to drop it in Canada.JENNIFER ELIZABE T.

My experiences with U-Haul have never been a good one. This last one topped it off. I rented a box truck and a appliance dolly to be picked up after hours through the app. I picked up the truck and went to my destination to find out the dolly wasn't in the truck. I called corporate because the store was closed and they told me no locations were open for me to go pick one up. I was picking up appliances that had to be picked up during that time or I would miss out on it. So they noted my account so the manager could see it but when I went in to the location Berry the manager was not helpful and refused to help even with the notes all he said he could do is refund the $10 for the dolly. He was rude and as a manager he should have tried to do something for the mistake they made. I bought a dolly for $80 that night because of this mistake even a $10 off would have been okay but no he kept repeating I can only refund the dolly. Finally when I started recording the situation he then called his supervisor that was supposed to call me back but never did. When you go into a business you should be helped not brushed off. I will never recommend or use U-Haul again after the horrible service I received and receive every time I use them.Joey Y.
