The equipment was so they didn't give me a receipt and said it would be coming in our email but there is nothing there and we need this email he over charged me as I was slightly later and they said that they had to rent out one of their other units which was a lie because they were all there. I told him to move the truck as it was ill positioned and someone with the one next door could hit this one but he said he had it handled and didn't. This is extremely close to me but I will never use them again.

Explain that there's a base payment& a deposit. All in all nearly $300 for only 60 miles. Absolutely ridiculous. After asking in every way I can what the actual total would be I kept getting told less than $90 I paid $250 for 60miles & had to pay for gas!!! Never again

Said it was OK to be late with U-haul and we wouldn't be charged— we were charged.

The gas tank was below 1/8, the heater didn't work, and the communication was poor. The expense was so high and I will not return.

They were unable to send me the initial estimate for the rental, so I was asked to take photos of the computer screen. When I returned the Uhaul, I was double charged for the "Safe Move" and charged more in rental charges. When I tried to argue the charges, the owners feigned ignorance until I left.

CHECK IN TOOK TOO LONG, I CHECKED IN ONLINE AND ALL THE SAME QUESTIONS WERE ASKED WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP. THEY ALSO REQUESTED THAT I CALL SOMEONE TO VERIFY WHO I WAS, WHICH IS A BIT EXCESSIVE WHEN THEY HAVE MY PHOTO ID. THERE WAS DIRT IN THE VAN WHEN I PICKED IT UP, THE HEATER DIDN'T WORK AND THERE WAS NO GAS IN THE TANK. THE OTHER TIMES I'VE RENTED A U-HAUL THE TANK IS FULL, AND I JUST FILL IT UP AGAIN WHEN I'M FINISHED. THIS TIME I HAVE TO FILL UP THERE AND ESTIMATE WHAT I WOULD USE, WHICH WASN'T ENOUGH, SO I HAD TO STOP AGAIN AND FILL IT UP AGAIN, WHICH WAS INCONVIENENT. THE PICK UP PROCESS TOOK WAY TOO LONG.

The tires were flat so obviously nobody did a walk through on the truck before I picked it up. I had to go fill the tires up myself. My reservation was changed 3 times to 3 different locations in which nobody knew how to change it so had to get someone else on the phone to figure it out in which Skyler was cool and helped me out. The gas was supposed to be at 3/8 but it was well below a quarter. Took me 1,5 hrs sitting to pick up the truck. I was so frustrated at this point and so late to meet everyone on this move while their now mad at me I didnt have the time to go back inside and straighten it all out. Was that what I was supposed to do in order to get some sort of discount or free rental?? I guess to them yes as I think I stressed myself out so bad from having to be moved out of my place on a deadline to just the whole ordeal I collapsed on the floor at my place and my fiance had to call the medics. So now I'm in the hospital for 3 days while the truck is rented out, our car is over at the gas station where we rented the truck so my fiance is now stuck at the apartment not knowing what to do, where our jeep is exactly and she has never driven a big Uhaul before. I had to check myself out of the hospital going against orders so I could get us moved. We had sold some furniture to help pay for the rental of truck and our move for the 2 days but now we are into the rental 9 days. We had to also use the uhaul to haul the fueniture to the people who bought it cause they left since it took an hour an half to get the truck rental. Was a long drive for them and they also had a deadline. We didnt have a choice but to do so as far as taking the Furniture to them. My fiance didnt have a phone to even call uhaul as she has been waiting for verizon to send out her new phone. Uhaul almost called the truck in stolen so now my fiance is freaking out. Uhaul did drop the 9 day rental down to a 2 day but we still had to come up with 244,86 to cover the 1,39 a mile we got charged. They said on the phone it was 244,86 but it was actually 344,86 as they took my 100 dollar deposit also towards it. Our stuff was still in the back of the truck loaded as we were in our way to unload it but we also had to stop at the location where we picked it up to get our jeep so we had a ride afterwards. We get to the gas station and they all come out saying we cannot take the truck as we have to rerent it back out and that's when all of the money situation was thrown on us etc. I explained what happened and it didnt matter to them. It was about the money not the customer. So had no choice again but to rent it for 2 more days as it again took 2 more hours to rent the truck back out. So now I have to come up with an additional 63 and they want me to bring it back at 3/8 of a tank in which like I said it wasnt even at that in the first place so that's another 60 in which I was willing to bring back at where it was at no problem so more like 20 extra there in gas. Plus the 1,39 a mile to the storage unit. I tried to see if I could drop at closer location to the storage unit to help cut cost since we lost all the money in our Furniture having to deliver it just to get the money to rent the truck and have some extra money but with the only thing on their mind is money I was denied a different drop off location and was assigned to bring the truck back to the gas station where we picked it up. The back right tire is also flat again as it sat there for a day in a half with nobody bothered to fix it. So I started filling it up at the gas station with their pump in which it did not work well and probably could of used a straw and blew through it to fill it up faster but again uhaul didnt bother to fill it up for us or anything. They told me I needed to call roadside assistance. Well I'm sitting in their parking lot and did one of them take the ropes to call roadside assistance? Of course not. So here's me and 3 guys inside all standing around a lap top as the other guy spoke to A different guy from uhaul to check me back out. So technically theirs 4 of us. 3 inside and 1 on the phone guiding us through it. He said he had been with uhaul for16 yrs and the 2 days free he gave me after I had told him basically all of what i just wrote was the holy grail of deals and i should be jumping up and down doing cart wheels across the parking lot letting everyone know how great of a deal i got from uhaul and should be proud of this moment in time as they got though the process of renting the truck back out to us not even for a second thinking about everything that really went down and still was going down cause by the time I even got out of there it was now 430pm. Another day wasted but another day paid for a rental I cant even use as the storage place closes at 5pm and I still have the flat back right tire to fill up and start doing a rain dance praying it doesn't go flat on me going down the road and cause an accident or it pop off the rim as you can hear it leaking out of the bead. Closest place to fill it up was fred Meyers at 2,3 miles away. Off I went in the truck. ..to be continued...I just hope Uhaul comes correct with this all as they very much should and reimburses our money. I know if I owned a rental truck business and had customers go through this experience I would be giving their money back so fast and giving them a huge apology. I know theres training involved in which the guys were knew renting the truck out. I get that and I'm sorry if I'm sounding over bearing. Please forgive me if I'm way out of line here.
