Arnold GStaff were very efficient and professional. Always appreciate getting vehicles from U-haul, I just find that it's really getting too expensive these days at $1.59 a mile. With gas prices and all the fees, I paid over 100 dollars for 4 hours of use.
Grant PUpon checking in to pick up vehicle there were not clear instructions on process of customer verification of vehicle condition. I went out to the truck and noticed the gas gauge was low, I went back into the store and that is when they told me it was verified on the contract. I didnt receive the text to verify vehicle condition until after I left the lot and the link expired. The previous person to me had moved some straw or hay and I needed to sweep out the truck before putting my own belongings in it. The check engine light was on in the truck and made me uneasy about my trip.
