I have rented from U-Haul many times with some experiences being good, one horrible, and now one that was just outstanding. The staff were not only competent but they were exceptional kind. The truck I rented was so clean I would have thought it was new, until I saw over 117,000.milea on it. This has become my U-Haul provider from now on. Many thanks for making my experience so good and I highly recommend them to anyone needed a U-Haul.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation is convenient for Puyallup relocations. Nice to have a gas station at the dropoff for refilling fuel.
Ray HI made my reservation online and had it confirmed . I was to this location for pick up and the staff shared the location was unavailable and I expressed my frustration as I did it online so pick up would be fast and easy. He told me to contact customer service and I told him I did not have time . He was very friendly and it was not his fault. He must have told someone or something because within 10 mins of leaving the location customer service called me and fixed it. So great customer service !!
danielle PI LOVE renting from this location. It’s easy to access, the staff is super friendly, and you can top the gas off right there at the station when you turn the truck in. 10/10 every time!!
Catey AJust excellent service. Thank you.
