Judy KTough Questions; Truck was not clean, dried spills from others all around center counsel, outside not really clean, but not filthy, windshield dirty. Drive door had to be slammed to close. The worst was the cigarette stench, it needs fumigation. Location great, facility is filthy.
Paul KThey are rude and fabricate charges! He called us and accused us of stealing the truck when we paid for an extend. Then e 'signed (without my knowledge or permission) my name to add more day charges to my credit card. when you do self pick-up and drop off. They sign a promissory note for charges that you can't dispute. They lied about how much gas they put in a charged me for it, they lied about the mileage and charged me extra and did not deduct the pre miles that I had prepaid. I have been disputing the charges with photos but I should not have to do that. they should be HONEST up front and have staff working on the weekends when people are moving. this location is a scammer and so hard up for money they have to lie and cheat customers to get it.

Laith KThere won't be a chance in hell that I'll go or even recommend. Any person to this place. This location was filthy. Language was a big issue and they did not have the correct size truck. I had to go to a different place to get a moving truck at the last minute.

JUAN OI had to remove the boot on the trailer tire and hook up the trailer myself without assistance. I've never had to do this before, usually it is done by the attendant to make sure everything was hooked up safely and properly.

ROGER ANo lock was provided so all your equipment (moving blankets, Dolly, handtruck ) were accessible to anyone who wanted to walk up and open the truck overnight. Our drop point was closed Sundays and no one was there. We filled the truck with the same gas amount and sent photos of the drop. Very convenient to use the app.
Christine KGot there and 3 other renters were all on their phones, all calling customer service because no one could get access to their vehicles. Website was down and proprietor not there. I like to check in with the proprietor and not through the website. Finally Customer service got us on the website and we got access to our van. When people rent a uhaul, they schedule all of their plans around the time they are picking it up. Any problems encountered with picking up their rental causes major problems. Will go to a different pickup location in the future.

I did not notice it when I first inspected the van as I didn't realize that door had a piece missing from it.

You changed location on me twice in the days leading up to this and then when the morning came I had to call you, and you said it wasn't actually assigned to any location. After telling me that it was GUARANTEED a day or two earlier! I was just lucky that I could edit my reservation and choose the place I originally wanted. Terrible system and a good reason to not use you.

DOUGLAS SThe truck was not clean outside and inside and I mentioned that when i checked in so when i returned the truck and was asked by the app if the truck was clean and ready for the next customer i answered no but that resulted me paying $25 more for the cleaning and that is not fair at all
Mahmood Acalled me to pick up truck one day early (because he would not be open) indicating that I would still have another day to turn in. Asked for receipt at the time (so I could confirm) and he said he would which he did. Receipt showed pick up date 4 days from picking up truck rather than being allowed to have truck one more day without charge as promised. In anticipation of drop off facility being unaware of this, my wife had to move furniture off the truck alone on Sunday. They indeed were unaware and had we returned the truck on Tuesday as originally agreed, the person said we would have to pay for an extra day.. It would have been our word against his (MAK) since the contact showed that the truck should be returned on Monday. He (Mak) also gave truck to us claiming 1/16 tank of gas... there was actually less and we had to head straight for gas station for fear of running out of gas. I have alwasy used Uhaul for my moving business and this is the first "bad apple" I encountered. If I were you,, I would question him being a suitable representative for your company.
Nancy AProprrietor was mistaken as to rental of a utility dolly. Thus far, I have NOT received a final billing. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
