Would have given 5 stars but getting the truck rental via your UHaul app is horrible. It wouldn't work properly at all and so tried to work directly with the lady at the location. She couldn't even get your online site to work correctly. My app finally allowed me to make a payment but what a pain in the ass. I would NOT use your app again. Also, the truck transmission needs work. I checked several times to make sure I didn't have the parking brake on it was so sluggish.

DANIEL PExplain about the padlock. It has to be facing lever out or you can't get it open. Also, I wasn't told the combo! Tell people the gas MUST be filled exactly. I was charged $16.00 because it was 2 gallons low when I returned the truck. The needle wasn't accurate.
MARILYN HQuick and easy rental and return but the truck was not clean and it had over 200,000 miles and felt and sounded like it was going to break down at any minute.
