Stop reserving truck that you don't have available for people trying to move out of state. I made reservations back in Nov. 2020 for a truck a month ahead of scheduled date to leave and when I went to pick it up, it was nowhere to be found and you didn't even record my reservation into your planner to have it. You gave my truck away to somebody else who reserved it and then was over 2 hours late to get it. I went with Penske because they will actually guarantee you a truck and was able to get one same day to load and leave. The heightened cost to me was worth not having the hassle of dealing with your company, as it's the most extreme form of incompetence I've ever witnessed and probably will ever witness in the remainder of my years on this planet. If you don't have a truck, don't book reservations. It's not like you'll get the customers money anyways if you can't provide your service to them in the first place, so what's the point? Do better or close your doors.Isaac V.

After declining CDW coverage I was charged $420 for it anyway. After discovering this on the emailed receipt I went back in and was told it was removed. Upon return of the vehicle I was still charged the $420 and the owner said he can't help me. I have disputed the charge with the credit card company.KEVIN D.

The trailer Auto Transport i rented was clean and maintained, drove behind me like it wasn't there. Great customer service and would recommend to everybody! I again asked for a receipt at this place, and received a receipt with $0.00 as the charge. UHaul really needs to hire some IT help that knows what they're doing. Also, I had to unhook the trailer completely by myself. No big deal, but that's not how a first-class rental business should be run. Plus, this survey stinks. "Yes," "no," and "not applicable" are the only options. What about "somewhat," or "partially"? Service is always a range, not "yes" or "no."Kenneth W.

The gentlemen who helped finish the rental process on our truck barely understood how to complete the process. I had a utility dolly on my rental and did not recieve it with the truck. I was still charged the 7 dollars for the rental of the dollyRayan L.
To register/reserve the vehicle online due to COVID-19 Maks made the rental process the fastest I've ever had renting with Uhaul. Everything was really good. Only needed it for 3 hours hours. Hate I had to pay for mileage as it took the $19 to $74 not including filling it up. But other than that excellent service by Maks. I highly recommend them.Alison D.

Check the Tire Pressers. One Tire was low. And the truck AC was working in park. But If you went up a hill the AC and fresh Air would shut off. I did report these concerns to MAKS Smog and U-Haul. They just did not know of the trouble.DAVID E.

This location was out of the way. I picked a different location and U-Haul changed my location. This caused me to go over the mileage. And they also changed my time from 10am to 3pm. The truck did not show up until 2:45. So they didn't clean the truck.ROBERT P.
1. We needed to keep the truck for one additional day beyond what we originally contracted. Mak's was very flexible and accommodating! 2. This is a general recommendation for ALL U-Haul dealers. Always inform customers immediately about U-Haul's on-line self-check-in app procedure--which could be quite challenging for some--if they return the truck after business hours or on a non-business day.
