The trailer was obviously not well maintained because it destroyed my car and damaged or destroyed hundreds of dollars of personal property I was transporting in the car. I don't blame that on Mario's - I blame that on a failure of U-Haul to properly maintain its equipment. I was happy with Mario's because they worked with me to hook up the trailer and get my car tied down on the trailer.
TIM D.The trailer had lumber sitting in it when I picked it up, the tires have a wobble at medium speed and the trailer lights didn't work at all. When I picked up the unit, the clerk was on the phone with someone else the entire time. I didn't feel like a valued customer that warranted his time.

Jonathon D.The original dolly I was the time to do that last brake light was not working when I told the lady she acted like she didn't believe me I will pull up front they changed out the wires and we plugged in and I guess she thought that I was not going to get back out and check them so she's like OK they're working now however once I got out and I saw that they were not working so she gave me another Dolly without doing any kind of paperwork for it and then never told me what time to return it and I was under the impression that I have paid for it for a day before I kick it for a day and the guy on the phone Told me that the $50 was for a day however yeah I am being charged an extra like 90 or $100 for returning it late because I returned it the next day

Eduardo P.the rubber was scrapped from the toggle lock on the back door and the rep said I did that and charged my card $150 for damaging the van. the rubber was smooth on the other lock, unlike the back door. Never Again!!!!!!!

I did rent my uhaul 15 mins after I came in. the location was busy and crowded which was expected all the other uhaul were closed and this was the only spot open and also ran a large gas station it was the Weeknd to the employee there was knowledgeable and most of all friendly and fun

I did notice a couple of dash lights on the pickup I drove but seemed to drive fine and from what the rep said the reason was because the spare was changed on it recently. I live near the location as well so I will continue to rent from this locations sense it convenient
CALVIN D.location is a convience store/gas sation very small, heavy confusing traffic. I rented a small van that smelled like a dog kennel, one tire very low dash board warning light on, they gave me a handle to attach for air and left me in the rain to fill the tire., also the windshield was cracked large line on passenger side which wasn't indicated on my initial contract. BUT the truck drove okay and I accomplished the task I needed it for. Very poor experience and I've rented quite a few times with various vehicles, huge disappointment for a U Haul experience.
jim B.Tried to return our auto transport early and he couldn't accept it. It had to sit there until we returned the truck very concerning. Also not happy with the return location. Had to drive 20 miles out of my way so it was convenient for uhaul. Tried to change the return location, spent hours on the phone with no one helping me.

mikel T.I reserved the truck online Thursday evening and I was told that it was $184 and that I had to pay at pick up. When I got there I was told it was $260 something. When asked why it was that much I was given an attitude. The truck smelled like cigarettes and was not very clean. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Ty W.We dropped off our truck and it was only driven 15 miles of tht and there was another truck on the lot when we pulled up.. after dropping off the key we left and was charged $80 more. So I called and they said we drove it 91 miles and I told them we did not so I went back. Y there and the truck he was saying we drove was not the one we drove it was sitting there when we pulled up.. yet they argued it was then we were also charged $36 for 6 gallons of gas after being told the truck was full when we got it .. so does tht mean the truck only get 13 miles to a gallon of gas? That wasn't the truck we used and I will not use this store for anything again.. not even as a customer….

The van itself had a cracked windshield with multiple “x†stickers which I can only assume means it has been that way for some time.

This is my opinion, if I am in your place of business trying to give you money for something you have at that business, you should not be on the phone during my time there. Plus she acted as if she didn't understand what she was doing. At first she told me it would be around $70.00. That is what I had guest on the online part. Honestly I don't know what I was charged. I asked for a receipt when I returned the truck, she said they will send me one. I have not seen a receipt. But next week if I can not get my truck out of the shop, I will be back at the same location to rent it again. So regardless of her actions, good or not good, I will be doing business with her again. Because I don't have another option.

RICHARD S.I rented a 6 by 12 trailer and when I drove to where I had to pick up my tractor I could not pick it up, because the trailer opening where the ramp is was only 50inches wide. I had to drive all the way back to the dealership. And explain to them that the trailer would not work. I told them that I said I needed a trailer 6by 12 and the trailer they rented me did not work. Well they did not care as long as they got paid for the rental, they did nothing to accommodate me or even at least pay me haft my money back. I was very disappointed that when they told me that they were renting me a 6by 12 trailer and I could not use it because at the ramp it was only 50 inches so I could not load my tractor because of the brace's. I feel that either all my money be refunded or at least half. Your people who work for you should know about the size of the trailers they are renting. Not only did I drive over 50 miles but then I had to drive all the way back and then I had to find a company that had a trailer that I could use and drive all the way back and picked up my tractor and brought it home. These people's lac of knowledge of there products cost me a lot of money and a whole day of time. I've rented many of your products in the past and never had any problems. But for this time
WALTER P.I only give the rating of average because I paid $145,63 in cash when I returned the uhaul…20 mins later my card was also charged for the same amount of $145.63. I paid the mileage and gas on my card and it was $45 and the change which was the only charge that was suppose to be on my card. Now I'm having to wait for my money to be put back into my account and it's frustrating having to wait for my money. They were nice and polite about the incident with my card being charged but it's an inconvenience for me having to wait for my money.
