Johnetta RThe only issue that I have with the motorcycle trailer is that the base where you drive onto the trailer is corrugated metal. My bike is heavy and when I went up on it, because of the hills and valleys of the corrugated floor, it caught a bolt on the bottom of my bike. Upon viewing this, I could see that I was not the only person that had this issue as there was existing damage to the corrugation from other bikes. Fix the on ramp area by flattening this out, and you would have 5 stars.
MARK WTonya is knowledgeable, professional and explained the process of the unit. The unit is a perfect size for my needs and secure.
Jennifer FI have rented trucks by other companies and different locations, but this location has excellent customer service. Will rent from them again.
