The trailer was obviously not well maintained because it destroyed my car and damaged or destroyed hundreds of dollars of personal property I was transporting in the car. I don't blame that on Mario's - I blame that on a failure of U-Haul to properly maintain its equipment. I was happy with Mario's because they worked with me to hook up the trailer and get my car tied down on the trailer.

The trailer had lumber sitting in it when I picked it up, the tires have a wobble at medium speed and the trailer lights didn't work at all. When I picked up the unit, the clerk was on the phone with someone else the entire time. I didn't feel like a valued customer that warranted his time.
