Due to COVID and this location is small when customers enter in to conduct business; The employee's should not be surrounded bye the counter area until the customer's complete their transaction.
This was by far the heart experience I've had using U-Haul! The staff were nice and worked hard to give us the best service possible even with some glitches along the way! Thank you
First you should make it easier to get in touch with someone when you're having a problem with the lock box. I was on hold for 23 minutes. Also, I wanted a hand cart which I was charged for but it was not in the van. I want a refund for that charge.

Please be inform before vehicle pick regarding approvals, I waited for one hour to pick up vehicle due to customer care lag.
The trailer door latch is difficult on the 6x12 and is hard to close sometimes. Fixing it would be good.
I didn't believe it was going to work, but the remote pickup/dropoff service was great! Quick, easy, clearly explained in the instructions and Matt's Auto Service had everything ready on time for a smooth transaction.
Matt & Kelly were very helpful & made u-haul rental a great experience.

I have called about this 3 times and placed on hold for over 20 minutes each time I work days I can't keep calling I have emailed 3 times no response I am being charged $30.00 for 7.5 gallons of gas I NEVER even used How can I be charged that much for 8 miles of travel this is absurd that i was billed and even more ludicrous that it's taking this long to reimburse
Tire pressure was low, they (at uhaul) put air in the tire but the light never went off.
Would have preferred to pick up tow where I picked up truck because it was closer to my location and had to make an extra trip.
I paid for furniture pads, but did not receive them. I will be requesting a refund.
The service was great and they made it quick and easy.
The trailer had rags, wood, even a big rock left in it. Still it performed well on my trip. There were some BIG issues getting U-Haul to give me a final pick up location. I am very unhappy about that part of the process.

It was a repair garage. Never sparking clean, but as long as they are good mechanics that's all that matters!
Opened half hour late. After pounding on door we finally waked him up. He said he did not open until 10am and was doing us a favor. I picked another location on Brunswick Pike because they opened at 7am and was scheduled at this location which opened at 9am. The place is a dump and the man was a cigarette change smoker. Then we find out the extra equipment was at another location which was 15 minutes away. He never gave us a contract. I had help waiting at my house to load. We are planning to rent a truck two more times and will think twice about hiring U-Haul.
Used gum and spilled soda in the cup holders. No problem, I cleaned them myself. Other than that it worked great.
Wipers not maintained or in good condition. One of the two cigarette lighter did not work. Plus was a hand truck was included.

Went over my miles by 3 miles and was charged a lot extra. Was no happy at all about that
took a l hr just to return a truck, mainly because there's only one computer, and there's a customer ahead of us. seems logical to have two computers since there are two employees, the other one was just standing there, minding his own business even though he has seen us.
Do not make any mistakes on their paperwork.
It took thee locations to get a truck and three hours late.
