I chose to get the truck at the counter but Nobody was in the store to give me the truck. Someone was sitting in his car he gave me the truck keys and he took a picture of my credit card which I believe is illegal . Nobody was there to receive the truck afterwards. I paid for moving pads since Nobody was there they didn't give me any But I paid for them ! I didn't receive any receipt for what I have been charged ! All in all Poor customer service. Please send me a receipt of what I have been charged for. ThanksPayam F.

Nothing about the location specifically. But trying to find a truck was a nightmare. Booking online was terrible, ran into several different issues and got several different answers from customer service agents when calling to try and fix them.Sterling L.

Rented equipment wasn't in truck and kind of screwed me for my move. I noted this when I picked up and dropped off the truck, but I was still charged for them on the final bill. I tried to call to resolve this, but nobody answers and the voicemail box is full. The store was closed when I arrived & there wasn't any clear signage indicating what I was supposed to do (also a failure on U-Haul's part - I couldn't find any directions on how to proceed in their emails to me, on their website, or within my reservation. The website told me it was impossible to convert my pick-up to an "e-Pickup" when nobody was at the store, even though that's exactly what they ended up doing after I called through about 3 agents). Very frustrating experience & I would not recommend.Ross W.

I booked for 9am mobile pickup but when I checked in online upon arrival it said that this location doesn't provide this service and doesn't open until 10am. This impacted the whole day and ruined my plans. I called customer service and she offered to give us $50 off today but when I went in there wasn't anything on my account about this even though over the phone she assured me there would be. The man at the desk didn't know any info on my account such as miles I was travelling and all the info I previous provided online when I checked in. He was able to figure out by calling someone about reimbursing the money but only after I pay full price. However, I haven't yet been reimbursed. There was lack of good costumer service and it was completely disorganized at this location and over the phone. The location was a mess, disgusting and looked like a dump.George W.

The truck was double booked, I had to go to another location to get the extra things I had included like carts, upon returning the truck the guy just took the key and said to go. It took 3 weeks for me to get a receipt to even know what I was paying.Jordan S.

They tried to charge me for a dolly that had a clip already broken. The mileage was off and I was not explained to complete another step by phone after I paid inside. I advised them of this upon return and he was very rude about the situation and accused me of lying. Overall I felt ripped off and the workers were not helpful, impolite and very unprofessional. I had problems with using the app. The app told me the mobile pick up had been changed to a hand off pick up. The office hours said open at 10am and although it was open the lights were off and the Open Sign was not on so the building appeared closed.Andrew I.

I would really recommend to get U-Haul from this location. Jay is very friendly and responsive. I asked for the trolleys, though he did not have it, he made it available for us. I had hard time in picking up the truck at the time provided by U-Haul, reached customer service but did not get any help. He made it flexible so that we could have a hassle-free move!Arjun K.

I had rented a van but the previous renter had not returned it on time. The agent who was present offered me another truck for the same price even though it was bigger. His quick adjustment made the rental run smoothly and I will recommend others to his location because of his kindness and quick business instinct.Dennis P.

They charged more! They charged $25 cleaning fee plus $65 gas I know we need to full till 3/4 bt we already did till 5/8 bt still they charged $65. I will never ever take uhaul un my life worst experience ever!kishankumar P.

Owner asked me to arrive before specific time on pickup date as they were going to help me switch the truck I had signed up for. In addition, I had a few other items to pick up on the day. They had closed prior to the time they asked me to arrive and didnt have blankets etc. in the truck prepared for me.Cathy C.

The worker at this facility did not seem to have any interest in helping me after I had experienced difficulties picking up a truck in another location and miscommunication with the uhaul team leading up to picking up my truck. Ultimately I ended up with a truck twice as long as I had originally tried to book initially, and as such also paid much more for gas than I would have in the smaller truck had booking and picking up my initial reservation were more clear.Nicholas C.

I will be making a more formal complaint. My Uhaul was not ready when I needed it to be. In fact I was expecting to get it at 9 but ended up driving out of the lot at 1030.The process was incredibly slow when I got it ready. I was on a tight deadline but had to fill up the tank because the Uhaul people left it next to empty. Would not recommend that location.Benjamin S.

The vehicle did not have half a tank of fuel in it on pick up and we told the lady. She said she would adjust it, but we were charged for extra fuel even though we fueled it up beyond where it was after use. They also gave us the wrong paperwork.Sharon M.
