The gentleman who assisted us was incredible. He was there earlier than his open time and assisted us with the lock to get the keys out. He also called me 24 hours in advance to let me know he was unable to provide something but matched the price and offered me something else. When we did drop off he was right outside and even offered to do the return for us. He made sure we had a good experience and we will 100% be back to this location. 20/10 experience. -M&H

Jeffrey HBigger parking lot its a tight place to get trucks in and out
TROY WThere was a problem with the tire system that made braking almost dangerous. There were NO furniture dollys available, which I found out when I arrived for pick-up, and I was not contacted in advance to advise me of this. No idea how this company continues to operate, as the reliability is TERRIBLE. I hear stories from friends all the time about how trucks are not available when they were booked, or pick-up locations are switched last minute. Hope I don't have to use U-haul again, as there is no way to rely on this company.
Jared FVery helpful and we were in and out quickly
