The woman who served me was absolutely lovely but the truck was filthy inside (not good during a pandemic). someone had left their earphones on the dash, sticky cup holders and steering wheel, dusty dashboard. Loved the lady though!

Please make sure to clean the vans and free of any smell that is not good for the health of the renter. The lady who helped me is nice but very unorganized. Also, there was a deposit of 100cad and mentioned that they will return to my account and it has been 5 days since then and upon calling the finance department of Uhaul, it should have been settled when the truck is returned but it wasn't. Such a disappointment and waste of time going back to the place to just get the refund.
The truck had a shimmy at certain speeds. The steering wheel, arm rest and cup holders were covered in dried on coffee.
I ordered a dolly and furniture blankets for after-hours pick-up. When I arrived, none of the equipment was there, despite being billed for it. Since my move was time sensitive, I was forced to take the truck anyway and pick-up the furniture. Several pieces of furniture are now scratched and I have UHaul on Green St to thank for it. I've submitted a complaint and have yet to hear back.
I arrived at the Uhaul office. Nobody at the desk, I said hello and a voice answer â€œcomingâ€ No mask, was eating and extremely rude. I have my name to which he replied â€œyou are lateâ€ I was an hour late which I explained why (which I should have to as someone who paying for the service. His directions of getting the truck were again rude. Getting a Uhaul means you obviously have a major job that day, I expect a common curtesy of someone being polite.

The employee at this location was incredibly rude and seemed very unwilling to help anyone. The van was filthy when we got it, and the parking brake was broken. The location itself is chaotic and unorganized.
Eman the last helped us get the van for us that day and fixed the problems! She is a God sent!
It was not made clear to me if I was late checking in my reservation would be cancelled. Check in form was buggy, and ultimately did not work at all. Fortunately, staff I reached on the phone were very helpful, even when a problem with the phone system caused me to lose touch with the person I started with.

When filling out the application for the uhaul, I selected pick up location green street and drop off location Bayers lake. I drove to Bayers lake to find out the system â€œchanged my drop off location to green streetâ€( says the lady at green street) so I got charged more because I drove to Bayers lake location for no reason.
The rental was perfect - as promised except for the dolly not being in the truck. The actual location itself is disgusting. Saw three rats/mice running under trucks and in front of building. The "office" area looks like a dumping ground - both inside and outside. No public washroom available - the clerk at the location said she has to go to grocery store down the road to use the washroom - I suspect its just filthy and they don't want anyone to see. There are packing pads and blankets hung on the fencing of the property and garbage throughout the lot. And the parking lot itself is in such disrepair that some of the pot holes are 3-6 inches deep. Definitely not somewhere I wish to go again.
I paid for a dolly and never received it. Not very impressed with that. When we got to the moving location we didn't have time to go back and get one.
I have been charged a $25 cleaning fee. The receipt was printed 20 minutes after I dropped the vehicle back with no mess.
This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a rental company before and will never use your service again. Requiring to be on the phone with customer service for over two hours for a pickup and drop off process of a vehicle is absolutely absurd. I will be contacting your customer service department for a refund

Clean your trucks, I was accused of using the dolly half hour later decided to give 20 dollars back . Please was not wearing mask when coughing and continue to avoid washing hands.
No key for the lock, and when I asked for a properly functioning lock to store my items in the truck overnight the owner insisted I didn't need a lock, "what are people going to do, steal your furniture?". Every truck should have a functioning lock with the key provided especially where rentals are for 24 hours.
Disclose all fees associated with the rental prior to giving out your trucks
No contract or paperwork......then a different person looking after the return and everything had changed.....
Have vehicles equipped with cruise control.
