They claimed that I damaged the truck and I did not. They stole $150. I only took it for two hours and it was with me the whole time. This is a scam.

I was quoted by agent an all inclusive fee at time of booking for 1 day for 300 km of $119. At time of pickup manager said it was 200 km free. I corrected her saying it was 300 km. She said nothing. Then I got bill for km excess over 150 km. I spoke to Manager. She directed me to agent. Spoke to booking agent who directed me to Regional Management. Explained situation. Received email saying nothing he could do because contract at time of pickup( which I do not have because it was returned in drop off box) said 150km. I responded by email asking that it be escalated. I have not received a response.

Although they initially gave us the wrong vechicle (we had reserved a 20’ truck but received a cargo van) and insisted that this is what we had ordered, once they realized the mistake they quickly fixed it and gave us a discount for our troubles. When we asked to keep the truck a couple hours longer, they promptly checked that no one else needed it and extended our rental for us. Overall we were very pleased with the customer service at this location!

The online service is subpar and very disappointing. Never had such a bad experience using the app. Althought most customer care representatives were helpful, one was very rude and was not listening to my problem and just rudely interrupted me when i was trting to explain the problem. Direct dealing was much better. I would never recommend using the online service or App to anyone.

I called a uhaul number a few days ago thinking I had the local depot near my house but may have had a corporate line, I’m not sure. The person who took my call said they wouldn’t be open when I arrived but they’d leave a key in the lock box and all I’d have to do is call “the number” and they’d give me the code to open the key lock box. I got a confirmation email and clicked on the link in it and answered a bunch of questions and got a rental confirmation number. Nothing else. No lock box code or instructions on how to use the lock box system. So I left to go get the van this morning. When I arrived, there was no information about what to do that was anywhere to be seen. It was snowing, windy, cold and wet. So I called uhaul. The attendant said I had to register as an online user, so I did all that but it still didn’t give be a lock box code. The attendant then dug deeeper and said that no van had been linked to my reservation, so she linked one to me. At that point someone arrived onsite and asked if I was renting the van. I explained that, yes, I was, but nothing was working to give me a lock box code. He unlocked the office, told me to ignore the phone support and online work I was doing and that he’d help me. The phone attendant had linked one van to me, the on-site attendant said a different van had been assigned to me the day before. It was all very confusing and it made me very late for my work. It was a mess for me to have to deal with. The drop box idea sounded great to me but I expected a more transparent, intuitive and clearly communicated process from a professional organization like uhaul. The van was fine and the attendant who took the van from me on my return was very helpful.

The experience was amazing and so easy to follow the prompts to though the website. My only suggestion would be to consider having everyone keep the tank full. That way every customer simply must return a full tank; opposed to filling to the 5/8th line.

Very unorganized, was on time to pick up my truck at 5:30 didn’t leave there until 5:50 I even filled out the information online to make the process faster. I only needed the truck for two hours which I had it back sooner than needed at 7:09 , I was charged a late fee an for having the truck for two days which I barely had it for two hours. We were first given a truck that was boxed in my other truck another that had no gas . Luckily yesterday a lady took the time to sort out this mess so thank you to her.

The customer service staff was aweful! Poor attitude, bad communication and she clearly did not want to be at work. Everything with the van was great and in well working order.

This location is actually inside of a out of business thrift store. All of the unsold thrift junk is laying around like an episode of hoarders. When I arrived my U-Haul had been given to someone else. I had pre booked this vehicle online with my credit card. The owner/manager advised me that she asked a gentleman that arrived at noon he was Mr. *my last name* and he said yes so she gave him the keys. I was never asked for ID at any point in the process.

I have to say I had a lot of fun with the lady when I pick the truck up. The one when I brought back the truck wasn't very customer service but she was efficient. So all in all I'm quite satisfy with the location and services.

It is in a convenient location however there is no heat in the building and the employees have to work all day in an unheated environment. The owners are not very friendly although the young women serving the customers is very nice.

We rented two trucks from this location recently for our move. The clerk was wonderful, helpful, attentive. They are there to assist when needed and patient when going through the multiple questions we had. The new clerk working there is awesome, and the owner lady was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We will be there again :)

Our pick up truck's light hook up for trailer did not work . We had to tow a boat trailer 300 km on highway without signal or brake lights. Very stressful. Appears to be a short in wiring because when I jiggled harness at start of journey it worked. Stopped once we were outside of city.

I just want to thank the lady that helped me at this location, she was very helpful and very kind, considering I first went to the windmill rd location and they were rude and ignorant and the process they denied me their the lady at green rd location completed my reservation will no hesitation or issue I think there needs to be something done with the windmill location the last three times I have used this location I have had issues I am not impressed at all and would like to file a fourmal complaint about the windmill location
