Chris K.I have rented a u-haul twice from here within the last two weeks. The first time, two weeks ago, I made a reservation on the phone with a gentleman who told me that I could pay cash at this location. Secondly, I asked the gentleman for furniture pads, due to the fact I was moving several mirrors. I arrived to the location to check in at the office. The girl at the front informed me that I couldn't pay cash, lucky I had my card.. She went over paperwork and gave me the keys. I didn't think to double check the truck for the furniture pads. The furniture pads were not in there. No big deal! Accidents happen so I just let it go. I now made a reservation two days ago for today. I made the reservation online so I was sure to press the thing I needed; a dolly. I go through the online process, I mark down that I only need a dolly and it says I have a reservation made, great! It then prompts me to pay & suddenly there are two extra items on the receipt. I cannot figure out how to remove those two extra items, so I just leave them. I figured I may be able to use them. The office there closes at 1 pm today, I was aware of that as I was prepared to do the online check-in. I get there, retrieving the key is easy, taking the pictures, open the back and.. there is no dolly. There is no two extra items either. There is nothing. The office was closed so I was unable to ask. I am utterly disappointed in the lack of responsibility at this location. People, like myself, search out these services because we don't have a truck and a dolly but we NEED a truck and a dolly. It is not a customer's responsibility to ensure the employee is doing their job.

Frank D.that lady i talked to today after i finished moving was telling me that i have to put in 16 gallons of fuel knowing that i drove at least 12 or 13 miles so i put in 60 of fuel and that got to full and she said that if i don't put in fuel i will be charged 5 a gallon. that way passed 1/8 of fuel! she did credit me 16 but that is not enough! i should be getting my 60 back. hope this help. i'm not too happy about this.
Keith W.I returned a clean truck. Yet I got charged a 25$ cleaning fee. With no explanation. I've emailed uhaul to ask them why . Got no response . It's automatic charged to my credit card. There's no way to dispute this charge. Since the Clerk at U-Haul tells me to contact uhaul and I get no response. When I tell my friends about my experience Iam gonna to tell them to wait in the lot for the clerk to expect the truck. Don't leave assuming your good cause u will get a 25 charge for no reason like I did.

John J.When communicating an early pick up time, no one I spoke to told me about I would need to get the app and get a code to open a lock box. It wasted a good half hour or more to figure that out. The only other thing, I wish the truck had cruise control. Driving 600 miles without it was a pain. Next time I would research companies that had it. Otherwise, the truck worked well and was clean!

Steven J.This woman who rented me the truck overcharged me.she said it was $40 but then said I had to add coverage which brought it to around $79.00.I was an hour late and she charged me for another day.I attempted to go inside to discuss it with her but she jumped in front of the door and fought with me with the door not allowing me to open it.she screamed inside for her boyfriend to call 911 and said I was attacking her. I would like to be partially refunded if possible for the extra amount I was charged. Or at least for the second day. Her behavior was very rude and unprofessional I tried reasoning with her but as soon as she came out the door she was very rude.

The people are always nice friendly and I like that the place is clean. I felt my stuff was safe I also felt that it was going to be kept clean. The only downside to this place is I think that they should have longer hours for a graveyard shift. I live in Texas and unfortunately coming back to Nebraska to try to grab my stuff with a little tough. But other than that the place is great if I ever needed another place in Nebraska I would definitely use this place again.
