Phillip RFirst of all U-Haul needs to stop the " Bait & Switch tactic that they do. This $19,95 a day is a joke. You actually get charged double that and even though I replaced the fuel. I was charged for 2 more gallons. Another $7,12 place my receipt shows 19,95 a day and the "actual" charge of $48.38. Pluse I was charged another $13,43 for the 15 miles round trip that I traveled. Which is fine! I expected to be charged for my mileage. I'm just very upset that I was charged double for the day rate when I returned the unit back in less than the 24 hours I was aloted!

I want to say the customer service representative was kind and helpful but the manager that was over him was a rude and crude individual that would make me never want to rent a trailer from this location ever again! His demeanor towards the employee was abrasive and he belittled the employee who helped us several times in a non professional manner! The manager also treated myself and two people who were with me as if we were completely unintelligent and had no concept of the situation! He stated he was from the Manhattan, KS store for reference but apparently managed both locations. I highly recommend some retraining for this manager in proper etiquette with employees and customers!

Scott LThe employees at Ace Hardware in Junction City KS, are rude and argumentative. Was rude to my mother and me on different occasions. If I wasn't moving I wouldn't have ever gone in that store for a uhual.
Tailor TUhaul was dirty inside and out. Had less than half a tank of gas left. Heater took a while to heat up, but that's not even disappointing compared to what happened when we were about to drop it off. Went to start the truck and guess what - it didn't. Lights flicked on and that's it. Boyfriend had to run to AutoZone to buy jump cables, which were an extra $45, to jump the truck and be able to drive it back to the drop off location. We also got charged for another 24 hrs even though we dropped it off later than expected due to malfunction/poor maintenance. Both my boyfriend and I agreed to not use nor recommend uHaul in the future due to this unforgettable experience. Turned out to be more expensive than it had to be.

I've met a representative who's expression was like uhaul is making her work against her will, beside that she gave me wrong information about the trailer renting period. It's not that I didn't get any help from that location, actually i did, I guess it's Ms. Tubby, she's professional as well as a helpful person. Long story short, that branch should be working on their product knowledge and customer relation.
sakib sHad online reservation issues, as I reserved at this location , the system changed to another location about 45 minutes away. Went into this location and had them update the system back to this location, your U-haul system changed it agin to the location 45 minutes away. I finally called the week of pickup and was able to change back to this location.
Trask PThe Ace Hardware location is very accessible and convenient. The staff you have is knowledgeable but a bit understaffed for the size of the inventory. Central processing of changes to location created confusion and additional driving around from location to location - outside of this location's ability to control.

Scott BVery helpful but seemed to struggle knowing what trucks they had onsite. Filled out paperwork for a truck they didn't even have onsite. Then didn't remove the truck from the system which caused problems with the next location to offer assistance. All in all both locations handled things but something that probably should have taken an hour, took 3. We made it safe and dropped everything off the next day by 4 PM. No harm, no foul. Besides a little education needed, they worked through things. I'd still recommend them.
Bill MCustomer service from Tabitha was fantastic. She went out of her way to get me squared away even though I changed my mind on the equipment I wanted. Best uhaul experience to date after numerous moves over the years!

TORNEKE RDid me wrong on what I ordered and what I got cost me a hundred more that was just to much truck I only ordered a 15 ft and drove 50 mins out of my way to get the wrong size that they had in my location
Casey BWell we rented a $40 truck.time they added tax,charged us $7 to use hand truck 1 time for 5 minutes,which they dont tell u they charge to use it until after.then add other fees,plus we put gas back in it.so our $40 truck ended up being ,$105.wont do that again.luckly i had something i could sale to cove the extra $65.

Burkley SWe did not get the the right size truck we reserved. We did not receive our military discount. And we're told that since we did not receive the truck we reserved we would also get a credit which we also did not receive. Very unhappy!

Ashley PEnsure equipment rented is available at the correct location. U-Haul double booked the equipment causing me to drive to the next town over to pick up the trailer without any compensation. Additionally I was charged extra to drop it off at the original location because U-Haul deemed it no longer a local rental, but a one way rental.

Roy FDrop off location was laid out nice easy to park truck and was not a mess. Had to call Uhaul to be able to return because pickup location screwed it up. Customer service from Uhaul was very helpful and got it taken care of
