Have the trucks available at the site where rented!!! It is hard to find someone available to take you 30 miles to pick up a truck when you could have taken a bus across town and not have had to change day and time for pickup. What happened to supporting your local business'?LInda K.
The experience is fine, but my only suggestion is to have more than 1 person trained to assist customers to pick up a U-haul. Me and several other customers waited in line to be assisted for a good 20 or so minutes before we were helped. Besides that everything else went fine.JACKLYN S.
When you set up a location don't have the employees be rude or make you wait for then to finish stocking the shelves. The lady did not ask me my reservation number and was rude so I left and had to come back because she said she had none. But my experience with haul does not matter you still take the money even if it's inconvenience to the customer.AARON M.

I repeatedly tried to check in the vehicle online for hours even drove home for my laptop thinking it was just my iPhone and it didn't let me check in resulting me having to pay $24 extra for faults I could not prevent so I will not use that location or service again because it is a rip off. The place I rented the truck from had no issues at all. I personally think that each customer should be told about the online check in feature, or at least explained how it works, when they are picking up their rental. The online check in is a great feature, but for someone who has never used it before, it was a little surprising how much is required to completely that process. Pictures are a great way to ensure the condition & location, but the staff should be checking over the equipment each day also, so the fact that the online check in is required to save a $20 charge seems a like a bit demanding especially for those customers who aren't that tech savvy.Kara P.

The truck broke down. My trip was delayed 10 hours and had to stay overnight in hotel. I contacted customer service and they gave me the run around and never offered a refund of any kind. I emailed a supervisor, Tracy Senner and never received a response.Michael W.
The General Manager was rude she went ahead and charged me $ 43.90 for waiting for the employee for over 45 minutes. I left and placed the key in the drop box. I called and she said, it was my lost and she yelled at me over the phone, that it was my fault.Lara S.

We told the representative that we were going one way to Georgia with our Uhaul multiple times. This was acknowledged. Despite this, we still were only charged for a local trip and once we got to Georgia and tried to drop the trailer off, we were told that if we didn't return the Uhaul back to Kansas, we would be fined $1450. So we had to drive it all the way back to Kansas. Such an awful experience. Uhaul customer service did nothing to help.Nicholas L.
