Truck was pretty dirty and smelled pretty foul. Didn't run very well and was LOUD! Got the job done but that was about it. Also requested a FURNITURE dolly that was not inside. Had to go purchase one separately.Reed M.

first, this was not the location I had selected for pick up. this was not convenient at all. second, I ordered 12 blankets and they had zero to provide as they gave 30 to a previous customer. My order should have been filled before giving away all their blankets. They guy told me to go to my original pick up location to pick up the blanket. Third, no walk through was completed, the truck was almost on empty, there was green and red paint or something all over the truck. And lack of acknowledgement from anyone when walking in the store and standing there for 10 mins. This place needs serious help with customer service and keeping their orders fulfilled.STEVEN C.

Just a suggestion. You might contact your client more in advance than 30 mins prior to their pick up time that their booked truck is no longer available at their original location and been moved the complete oppisite direction from where the original booked site.Deborah S.

The inside of the truck was really dirty. It stank really bad as well. The brakes really need to be worked on.Skyler S.
It was relatively easy to obtain the truck, but the back of it smelled like a chicken coupe to the point that it was making us gag. We purchased brand new furniture and the fifteen minutes of drive that it was in the back of the truck, made the new furniture stink. We had to get products to get the smell out.Charles M.

I was charged for 18 gallons of fuel after driving only 38 miles. There is no way this vehicle only gets 2,11 mpg. I feel taken advantage of by UHaul, and the workers at this location did nothing to mediate the issue. UHaul claims this vehicle gets 10mpg which would equate to 3,8 gallons of fuel; not even close to 18 gallons.Hayden C.
The local dealer location team was great and friendly. Thank You for your service. Could make a great surplus if they carried a few Uhual pack up supplies........especially with COVID. But they specialize in custom bed liners, truck fittings, etc. NiceMarla W.

I requested a 17' truck and I even called the day before to make sure I would have the truck and then when I went to pick up I had a 15' truck and this caused me to have issues with loading the truck with the movers so the job took them longer AND I had to make two trips instead of one because I was given the wrong size. It would have been nice to have been informed before hand that I would be given a different size so I could have found another location.Benjamin L.
Even though it seems every time I rent a truck from this location they are disinterested and almost feel like the Uhaul rental service is bothering them... I would still recommend this place, because it is a convenient location in the city.ERIC D.

The main issue I had was with the online return. In the bringing it tells you to put the keys in the orange box and after that it requires the odometer..... Makes no sense... Fix that!Ionut M.
It wasn't a full service UHaul location, so we couldn't get extra supplies that we hadn't ordered when we reserved the truck. Good, friendly service, but not the best for someone who may forget something like packing paper.KAREN F.

Customer service was terrible....I reserved at a location close to me a week in advance and the day of I had to drive 30 mins out my way to another location. I called customer service and they seemed to not care at all. I will not use uhaul or recommend uhaul services ever againmichael W.

For the returning the truck process, one of the first steps is to in the keys, and the next steps require having the keys. Other than that, I was well pleased with the online rental process!Kathryn H.

Well let's see I made a reservation online for 9:00am pick up for Saturday may 2nd and when I got there the computer kept glitching then after I paid 214 for the truck they guy couldn't find the key at all so had too wait like 15 mins for him too call someone too try and help him and that person wasn't very helpful at all. After all that the guy finally found the key then I was able too leave! Then I get too my house too load the U-Haul open back up and whoever had it last didn't clean the back up at all glass dirt dog food all in it so I had too sweep it out first before I could move anything into it!!! Horrible service period. I wouldn't recommend U-Haul too anyone at all, this drew the line for me too never rent from them again!Amanda C.

The owners of the shop were very driendly and professional but the truck was dirty in the capin and the cargo area with mud all over. It has nothing to do with them but the previous reneter who did not cleaned the teuck after his use. Totally the fault of the renter nit the shop owners or employees. I did cleaned the truck as i returned to teach a leason to who ever rented the truck. MerciDawit M.

After picking up the vehicle and getting to the location of my move I noticed there was no dolly which I asked for. I was then told to drive to another location to puck up one which closed in 10 minutes. I drove extra miles to that location only for them to be closed. So I had to go buy a dolly to use and used more miles than anticipated in this move.michelle M.
When they called to verify my backup contact the lady was extremely rude. The ruck was dirty insidefrom previous use. I id not get the equipment that I requested, but was charged for. My uhaul was blocked in so I had to try to drive around and got stuck. I then had to wait an hour to get pulled out. I was then charged for damages to grass and was also charged for a bumper that was already dented. I will never ever use uhaul again. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone.Matthew S.
Not happy with you guys got the uhaul with half tank brought it back on half tank and you guys charge us 30 dollars saying the tank was on 3/4. Don't know if you guys look at the wrong truck but I filled it up to the half mark of when I got it and have pictures.
