Brittney WWhat a pleasant experience. Created an account on the U-Haul app then reserved my trailer rental at this location. The man I talked to at the store was friendly and fast. Even helped me hook up and check my lights. Trailer was really nice not old junk. Hauled a 5000 pound truck with no issues. Returning customer for sure.
Anthony SWhen stopping the uhaul at our drop off location the vehicle's battery randomly died and we had to jump it. The service and vehicle's condition (in terms of cleanliness and motor function) were great, just had the one battery issue. I don't fully fault the location as they probably weren't aware of how low it may been.
Jackson KSelf pick up procedure should be improved to make it easier for costumers. It's now like scape room, with confusion. I needed to call costumer service to find lockbox and direction. Thank you best regards
mehdi BThe outside of the truck was so beat-up it wasn't funny. It was missing a grab handle on the back so you could get up in the back of the truck. The driver side mirror shook so bad I was afraid it would fall out. Inside was very dirty with stuff all over the floor. The steering wheel was sticky. The seats were torn in several places. The seats would not move forward so I could reach the gas and brake pedals. There was a knife wrapped in a paper towel stuck in the passenger door. I am so disappointed that U-Haul allows their trucks to be in this condition. I have rented several times from U-Haul but probably won't again. I don't want to take the chance of getting another horrible truck.

Raju Pone of the straps was slightly frayed but didn't cause problems with using the trailer. We reported it upon return. Dealer was very efficient and clear about how to pickup and return the trailer.

patricia gThe parking lot is like driving on the moon, gravel/wet/muddy/rutted. Otherwise the location is on a busy street so I feel safe and I would recommend the location - ONLY if you are going to do everything on your phone because this is not a staffed location.

Newman MNo issues at all with the individual location. They were very professional and great to work with. However, UHaul overall is becoming a worse experience for me every time I use it. Lack of inventory available, odd hours at many locations (a place in Brownsburg is open 10-1 on a weekday, seriously?). I didn't have time to do so this round (and thought the experience would be better), but next time I will use a different service even if it's some shady dude on Facebook Marketplace renting from his garage.

JAMES DThere is no mechanism to know if you are actually receiving the add ons like furniture pads and furniture dolly. In my original reservation I asked for 6 dozen pads and a furniture dolly. I stopped by a few days before to make sure they would have the pads. The only had a total of 18, so I reserved them and it cost me three times as much because I took them for three days rather than one in order to make sure I had them. I had to drive to another U-Haul location to get additional pads. This is a major flaw the the system design. Also, on the day I picked up the truck there was no furniture dolly. That was a major inconvenience when you are planning on one for moving. The truck had no been swept clean. Some of the pads were dirty, some were wet. I would give the overall experience of U-Haul over the years as a C-. Usually the truck or trailer works, but the other service is below par. The online check in experience was not smooth. Had to have help via the online chat which was basically to log out and log back in again. Seems like it was a known bug. Don't release an app with a known bug.

Dionne MI put fuel in the truck, and still got charged for fuel. I went from $59, to $70, all the way to $137.00. $67 charged for Dic_sweep_provisional whatever that is. I swept the truck before returning it, and fueled it back up before returning it. I was late on doing the Mobile app return, but truck was returned on time. This place is shady, and will NEVER do business with them or UHAUL again.
Mick HI completed everything online prior to pickup. When I arrived to the place, I was confused what to do because they were open when the U-Haul site said it was not open on the weekends. I had my truck scheduled for pickup for 830 and it was switched to 930 without my agreement. Then they only scheduled it for 3 hours instead of 4. The process was not as easy or smooth as it should have been, especially since I completed everything prior to picking up the rental. The rental place had to re-enter everything because there was a lack of communication between U-Haul app and them. Checkout process was easy and the customer service at the rental place was good.
Laura WI was charged when reserving online, again at the place where I picked up, and also charged when I dropped off. That's pretty ridiculous, I want my money back.

Christina RMade the reservation several weeks in advance to avoid any last-minute stress. The day before pick-up I was advised that my pickup time and location had been changed. Like Jerry says, "You're good at taking the reservation, you're just not very good at keeping the reservation".
