First vehicle had damages not marked I could have been charged for had I not noticed.Nobody to circle check with you. Ran me 20 minutes late. Not clean. Billed for both after repeatedly asking for an invoice to remove the first vehicle from my credit card. I have to go back again today to fix my bill.

The person signing over the vehicle was extremely rude and impatient. I was told over the phone when I booked that I would be able to leave my vehicle at the location overnight. When I asked the employee where I could leave my car he threatened to have my car towed if I attempted to leave it overnight, and then walked away and started serving other customers when I asked why I couldn't leave my car there after it was confirmed in my booking that I could. Two hours of my rental time was spent trying to find a location to leave my vehicle for the night.

Employees did their best, but system was so old and slow. It took over 10 minutes to just try to find the reservation with the right name and reservation number available. After that, nothing would load on their system so I had to repeat the same steps multiple times. The clerk had to take a photo of my drivers license on his own phone, which made me uncomfortable, to try to get this system to work. After a long time we were just handed the keys with no instructions and no help to find the vehicle. If they had a better system, it would have been a different experience, unfortunately it was quite frustrating.

Did the drop off after hours same day and was charged for 2 additional days when the next day they didn't check it in or even look into why there was a 26' truck in their lot so I wouldn't get charged for extra days. It was the only truck in the lot

The cab of the vehicle had loose tobacco and garbage everywhere from in the door pockets, to the floors and also on top of the dash. I had to pick up this vehicle with my 7 year old son. This was not a suitable experience for a child. As I understand this is not a U-HAUL issue, this is a location issue. I will not and will recommend to others to never use this location. The vehicle was also on empty when I picked it up. I was worried if we would even make it to the gas station. However, we did make it to a gas station. I will be using U-Haul again as I have had very pleasant experiences at other locations. We will never ever use this location.

1. I ordered a dolly days in advance with the U-Haul and the day of, they said there was no dolly available and to contact customer service if I'm upset about it. Would have REALLY appreciated a heads up. 2. The U-Haul was covered in snow and ice upon pickup. I had to remove the snow and scrape the ice off. This is understandable if it snowed the day off, but this was a week of piled on snow. Ça Not impressed. 3. The U-Haul had a constant « change engine oil soon » message which made it very hard to read the odometer reading. The sales attendant was insistent I keep trying till I get it. Waste of a few minutes from a already very hectic 24 hours.

I rented the cargo van and When I went to complete the pre op, the van had obviously not been cleaned. food crumbs n chicken bones as well as gloves were in the driving area and passenger door has garbage... when I pulled out to leave, a large amount of snow came down from the roof onto the windshield! once I returned the van, the clerk tried to tell me I had used 142 km but I did the math and it was only 62km . I also didn't get the receipt emailed as I was told I would... The workers that assisted me were pleasant and professional...

The store where I picked up the van had 2 cats inside. I don't believe it is a U-Haul thing but a cat inside a convenience store is strange and may not be sanitary. I booked the truck for a 7am pick up. I followed the instructions to collect thr key as the location only opens at 9am. But when I followed thr instructions, the message said I had to go back after the location opened to get the key. I called U-Haul customer sevice and they told me that therr was an error since no instructions were provided. I was offered a $50 credit. I left the location, and went back for 9am. When I did collect the key, my $50 dollar could not be found the clerk in your system. I called customer service back and was told that it will take 24hrs to be credited to my credit card. All in all, the experience wasn't too bad but I was delayed because of the oversight of the pick up. I am watching for the credit to apploed to my card, I hope there are no more delays.

The place where I picked up was great, the contact there was helpful. BUUUUT Uhaul as a company is GARBAGE!!! I spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to get the truck I had reserved and some help from movers, because when I went to pick up the truck it wasn't there. As a result, I missed the timeframe that a friend was going to help me move furniture into the truck. He was no longer able to help due to the fact that I was delayed a few hours and had to drive elsewhere to get the truck, then drive to another location to pick up the car tow and then back to the first place to get my car. Uhaul did not help with finding or paying for movers and instead gave me the run around on the phone as they put me on hold and had me talk to someone else. I will NEVER use their services again!

The van was completely dirty and stunk like manure! Also the wheel lineament needs to be fixed. Completely unsatisfied with my experience. I'll be definitely calling in to customer service. The Uhauls need to be cleaned and checked before and after every customer.

There was visible spit inside the cab of the truck on the floor. 2 hours in the transmission began leaking and the truck began struggling to shift gears. We had to return it early as a result. Please schedule this truck for a cleaning and maintenance.

It's a heavy trailer maybe help someone connected to the truck and test the lights. Also don't try and overcharge the customer for an extra day. I was there on time but spent 30 minutes fighting to get the trailer off the truck because I didn't have any help.

Accept debt payments at the end of the rental it is not fair to people that have to pay there rental on a credit card I use my personal credit card to reserve the rental then my business pays it with the debt after it is returned I should not have to use my personal credit card to make the payment.

A walk around was not done. There was less gas in the gas tank than the receipt indicated. I had to go back into the store x5 before I drove off. Inside was clean but the outside had a few inches of snow on it and nothing in the truck to remove snow. I had to check all lights were functional, brakes, back up, headlights, low beam and high beam, signal lights etc. I worked at uHaul in Calgary AB, so I know what I'm writing about. Tires we're not suited for snow here in Northern Ontario. I got the excuse"the truck was from Arizona". So, NO I wasn't satisfied and feel I was overcharged for the amount of rental time. Clean the interior of Van's Before new customer rental. Should not have to clean a new rental ourselves like I was told by the owner who takes our reservations. Air conditioner was not working. Vapor service will not go back at that location..

Was supposed to pick it up for 1030 am didnt leave till 1130 am with the vehicle then returned to the location because there was no dolly I ordered and waited another 40 min. I used the vehicle once and returned and still got charged almost 60 dollars for an hour. Ridiculous.

Online check in process did not work on app. Check in process was needlessly invasive. Why exactly did yall need to call and bother my contact persons? I can walk in to a car rental agency with a driver's license and credit card and not have the same hassle. Vehicle was obviously unclean, debris in the back, coffee stains, used masks and gloves and leftover food and supplies in the passenger area. Yall should be paying me a cleaning fee.

Before leaving from Chelmsford to Dubreuilville I checked all fluids and motor was down in oil by 3 litter of oil so I topped it off , I'm sure most people wouldn't check the fluids so I could have broken down on side of the hwy with a blown engine, besides that all went well .

Clerk tried to overcharge me on the km used he said the truck is in mileage yes it is but I still only drove 81km I drive it weekly so I know the km. He said the computer charges by mileage which is fine but I still know exactly the km I used. Double check your bill let's just say accidents can happen.

When I went on line to check on mattress bags the cost was 2,95 per bag. Great price. In the store location though he wanted me to pay 18,99 each are you nuts.unacceptable highway robbery !! What the hell is going on there.

I was charged 241 with a holding fee of 100.00, the employee saidnInshould contact younguys to see about getting a refund because he believes I was overcharged. We used the truck and we used it just for 4 kilometers but we were charged 141 and with 100 dollar holding fee it came to 241.00. Was just wondering if it could be looked into, Indo have the receipt.

We arrived home with the truck. We had help to start loading only to find a UHaul lock on the loading door. After several phone calls to customer service and road side assistance , finally a decision was made to have lock cut off. It took 6 hours for them to arrive. We lost our help for loading. We were only granted a refund of $50 and no charge for the extra day. We do not feel this was adequate compensation for the stress and extra work we had to do. We need to do another move in a few weeks and would appreciate a discount on this next rental or we will find another rental company. Would appreciate hearing from you. The service at the pickup location was slow, personnel did not seem very familiar with the software for the rental. How did they do their checks of vehicle and miss that a lock remained on the back door?

The lady I initially picked up the truck from, was pleasant and kind. The man I spoke with at drop off was arrogant and rude. (Amit Parmar) I would not rent or recommend rental from this location as long as this person is working there. He did not explain anything, he was annoyed when I asked to pay with a debit card and would not allow me to have a paper receipt.. "it will be mailed" was all he kept repeating. I was charged $55 more than he quoted (to my credit card) but had to wait on hold for 20 minutes to find out why, and that it will be adjusted after a few business days. This should have been explained when settling the bill on site. Very irritated and frustrated with this level of service.

Problems with dealers not being able to find booking on their systems. At both pickup and drop off dealers has to call home to get reservation information.

Location rented my reservation out to any customer when it clearly indicated my name on the reservation. Was given a $50 credit and had to wait til the next day to get my vehicle of choice. I'm from out of town so I had to book a hotel room for the night. Once I received my rental which was a pickup truck with a hitch and ball. Well, I drove out to my location to tow my two trailers and the 2" ball was removed from the truck and then I had to drive 75 Kms to pick up a 2" ball and after all this running around. When I returned the vehicle the representative was so rude and could care less about me as he served other customers and dismissed me. Furthermore, I missed my 7pm reservation on the chichimaun ferry. I had to stay in an another hotel for the night. $197 hotel and $155 hotel charge cause my reservation was given away to another customer. I received his U-Haul receipt and it still had my name and contact info on the receipt. Not too impressed to say the least.

I booked the truck rental in the start of the week and when sunday came i called an hour before to see if they might of brought the truck back early and they rented out my truck and did not call me, she had to cancel another appointment and gave me a cargo van instead (i was okay with but still was not the pickup truck i reserved) and when i got in the van there was receipts everywhere, tim hortons cups in the back, USED KLENEX'S IN THE SIDE OF THE DOOR ASWELL AS A MASK NEXT TO THE SEAT, completely irresponsible due to this corona virus outbreak, which shows me the truck was not cleaned or sanitized before they gave me the keys, im not saying the person before me had the virus, but its the fact they could of potentially allowed the virus to spread. They also told me that i could drop off the key at 8 before the store closes or i could wait until they open the next day (due to the fact uhaul buisness hours are 9-5)pm, and when i got there they told me i was red flagged and would have to pay an extra day(late fee) Completely irresponsible and situations like this CANNOT happend. i understand it is not uhauls fault, but it makes me unsure if this is the procces in other stores... i will never be renting another vehicle from that location or recommending their store. I hope there is a follow up with the store on there cleaning policy. (I have all pictures showing the state of the cargo van when i first picked it up)

Pay attention to the customer nor your fucking cell phone and properly inform people of all charges including that you are charging $5 if you use a credit card which is a fucking ridiculous charge you money grabbing motherfuckers.

The uhaul representative we spoke to on pick up was amazing. We tried to do online check in but after 15 minutes of waiting for approval for an online agent to check our ID we had to go in to get our reservation which was a very long ordeal because the system said our self serve reservation was in process and would not allow her to finalize it. She was very friendly though. When we returned the uhaul we had to return the dolly rented as well. We locked it in the truck and told the attendant that it was there. He said we had to bring it into the shop ourselves. After explaining the door was locked and we had already dropped our key in the drop box he tossed me the drop box key and told me I had to bring it inside. After bringing it inside he then told us we couldn't park it in a parking spot and we had to bring it to the alley even though we dropped it off exactly where we picked it up. All of this while waiting for him to finish with customers so again a simple ordeal turned into a half an hour ordeal. With the whole online ordeal on pick up that took over 45 mins to pick up our van which should have been quick as advertised online. Our only bright side was the first attendant who helped us out when the online reservation system was not working for us. She went above and beyond to make sure we had our equipment.

Truck needed oil change and no windshield washer fluid. No fault of location but I filled out all my info on line and then the location had to re enter everything. Pick up should have been quicker if not for that

Make it more accessible for those that do not have credit cards or even a phone to download the app. 1) At first I gave my MasterCard, she said it would not be accepted (as most MasterCards did not work she said) 2) I had to use my data overage to download the link Get back to cash payments, or even debit payments and manual paper work. Quite a hassle. Fair Prices though and quick service, but just the process was not for elderly who do not own a phone, or for those that only have debit cards. I understand it is for insurance reasons, but make some compromise.

The truck dashboard is indicating that an oil change is needed. Apparently it's been on for awhile. That should be taken care of,as I would hate for someone to have the truck breakdown due to neglect on uhauls part.

trailer was broken. I was picking up a classic car so had my whole toolset with me, and we had driven 6 hours to pickup the trailer and car. I needed to spend an hour repairing the trailer as there were no others in town. Completely unacceptable.
